This premier, 2200 sq ft townhouse in the East Village of Copper Mountain is a four minute walk to the high-speed six-person lift. (Front-row Woods unit.) The Super Bee Lift, known to devour lift lines, transports you 2300 vertical feet in 8 minutes, delivering you to the top of the mountain. Within 15 minutes of leaving the porch, you will have access to 2500 acres of snow-riding.
This townhouse, remodeled in 2006, overlooks a pond on the 18 hole golf course (tracked for cross-country skiing in winter) with spectacular views of the Ten Mile Range. The unit has terrific common areas, making it ideal for family vacations.
The upper level consists of a master bedroom suite with a king-sized bed, complete with a cable TV. It connects via a walk through closet to a full bathroom. The sunroom with a vaulted ceiling and seven foot windows provides a spectacular mountain vista. This sunroom also includes a desk, direct high speed internet access and a large futon.
The main level includes one bedroom with a queen bed, a second with twin beds that convert into a king-sized bed and a second bathroom. The large open common area includes the kitchen,complete with island topped off with a breakfast counter, with seating, a living room with fireplace and 40 inch LCD cable TV, and a dining room with seven foot windows which seats 8 and opens onto a sunny mountain facing deck with a gas grill. A tiled mudroom and a room for ski storage at the entrance complete the main level.
Parking includes a parking spot which allows you to unload and keep one vehicle at the front door. Additional nearby parking is available. Neither pets nor smoking is allowed. It is a gem year-round!

Copper Mountain provides a central location to explore Summit County and beyond. Vail, Breckenridge, Lake Dillon, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, and Loveland are within 30 minutes by car and all are accessible by bike path in the summer. Hiking and snowshoe trails are within steps of the front door. The free resort shuttle, which accesses the Ski School and stables as well as the Central Copper Village, and the free Summit County shuttle are just a block away. Silverthorne Outlet Shops and Dillon Cinemas and Marina are within 10 miles.

My wife, 2 kids (7 and 9) and my neighbor and his daughter (10) had a fantastic vacation at Marc and Karen's house. It is clear they put a lot into remodeling their home, and it has paid off. It is a gorgeous place with spectacular views and plenty of room for all. We cooked or brought food in from JJ's restaurant most nights as the kitchen/dining areas are fabulous. Everything is available in the house including a washer/dryer with detergeant there, wi-fi, TV with multiple cable channels (I was able to watch the Spurs beat up OKC on NBA TV), a large fridge with some condiments, food (and beer) in it, coffee beans with a grinder and a coffee maker, etc.The house is a short walk to the East Village and Super Bee lift (mostly blue and black slopes). There are shuttles that come by frequently if you want to ski at the West Village (mostly green slopes).Tubing hill (our kids loved this) is also in the East Village. This is a great place for families with kids. I highly recommend this house.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

We had 2 families staying in the home (4 adults and 4 children). It was great! The owners were so helpful. It was located so close to the shuttle. It was perfect.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This was a wonderful condo just steps from the advanced slope and a 2-5 minute bus ride to everything else in Copper. If you are exhausted from skiing and want take-out or or cook in, this is the place for you. Buy groceries in Frisco and eat breakfast and supper in and save a bundle. It has a wonderfully equipped kitchen with a huge leather sofa in front of the fireplace and big picture windows overlooking a pond and the mtns. They thought of everything, including night lights and coffee and condiments for our use. The master is the top floor with a view of the mtns. from your bed. The two bedrooms downstairs and small but very nice. If I had to think of something missing it would be a whirlpool. Get a massage and use the steam, whirlpool, pool etc. at the athletic club...a short walkRecommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

About the owner: Our Family love skiing, and especially Copper's challenging terrain. That is why when we fount this perfect location 400 steps from the SuperBee lift, and it was on a pond, with awesome views, we made an over asking price offer, and got it. It is also great for Golfing in summer, and all the rest, but the views are worth it all Marc & Karen Bernardi

The location is 4 minutes walk from the SuperBee Chairlift. It is in a quire part of town. Parking is never a problem, and the views are to die for. The remodeled kitchen is huge, great for entertaining. Possibly a Christmas dinner of Morning.
