This condominium is located in the FAMOUS San Clemente Pier Bowl and is steps to the pier and FABULOUS Fisherman's Restaurant where you can enjoy San Clemente sunsets at their finest. Beautiful antique shops and quaint village shopping is all within walking distance.
This unit has recently been completely redecorated and everything is new and beautiful. The master bedroom offers tropical elegance with king-size sleeping accommodations and a private bath. The secondary bedroom offers a queen-size bed and shares a bath with the third bedroom which offers two twin bunk bed sets brightly decorated for children's amusement!
The Coaster (Amtrak) stops daily at the pier and will transport travelers to San Diego where you can catch local transportation to Del Mar Racetrack, world-famous San Diego Zoo, LegoLand, Sea World, or Old Town San Diego... even the Mexican border town Tijuana! To the north of us Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, Long Beach Aquarium, Queen Mary, and Universal Studios also await.
With steps to the beach and covered picnic/barbecue area you are sure to enjoy your San Clemente vacation! We love our San Clemente home and want you to enjoy it as much as we do!

Stayed here for 3 weeks - didn't want to leave! SPECTACULAR VIEW from the balcony and living areas... you can see the pier, surfers, palm trees, and the ocean... and hear the ocean waves crashing! The beds were quite comfy, great water pressure in the showers, convenient washer & dryer in the unit. Fantastic to have TWO gated parking spots in the garage! Elevator to nice, clean pool & hot tub as well as to the parking garage. Easy to walk both to the beach and to the quaint downtown shops & restaurants. Try the "Salty Pear" drink & baby back BBQ ribs at Nick's, & the French toast or Smoky BLT at Cafe Mimosa... delicious! And Ralph's grocery is just over 1/2 mile away. By car, there's a local Trader Joe's & Costco. Wonderful hard-packed trail along the ocean, 1+ miles in both directions from the pier. Strictly enforced leash law. Enjoyed this walk daily... even spotted dolphins on occasion! Angela was a delight to work with, and responded promptly. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This condo is outstanding..It is exactly as pictured in the photos......scrupulously clean...and convenient to just about all things San Clemente. Very comfortable..well laid out..and lacks for nothing. . We were there for a Family Wedding..stayed a week..and we ..by far..had the best accommodations of everyone else in the family who had rented at various places..from hotels to other condos in the area.. There is no doubt we will return..to stay in this same place..We had never thought about renting a condo for an "in-state" vacation before..However..we will now. . The owners were fantastic to deal with..Angela ..in particular..was thorough .... with all info..and very accessible for questions etc.. She also has a 'flair" for decorating..which is very apparent in these very comfortable and attractive digs.. We were a total of 3 adults..that stayed there...there was more than enough room...even had an extra bedroom..had we needed it... All in all can't recommend this as anything but the absolute best..... We had never used anything like VRBO before and were a little apprehensive..but..once you speak and deal with Angela..you know that you've chosen the absolute right place for a vacation!!!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

When my nephew returned from Afghanistan, we were searching for a condo that would accommodate two families with a view of the ocean, close to the beach and restaurants, with a big kitchen for home cooked meals....Angela and Tom's condo completely fit the bill. My nephew had dreamed of water during his 7 months in Afghanistan and home cooked meals....we spent 4 days either in the ocean, walking the beach or feeding him fresh fruit and his favorite dinners. Our family had another WONDERFUL week in San Clemente staying at "Villa Granada!" The kids raced to their room with the bunk beds and were happy to see the colorful linens, rocking chair and TV were still there! We loved the chic makeover of our bedroom! Everything I stated in my review last year remains the same - beautifully, appointed rooms, convenient location to town and the beach, the pool, and secure underground parking. We spent a lot of time enjoying the ocean view, not only from the balcony, but from the comfy sofa in the livingroom, as well. A great time was had by all of us!Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, families with young children.

We stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. The condo is perfectly located between shopping/restuarants and the beach. Very short walks to both. My 90 year mother (who is homebound for the most part) thoroughly enjoyed the balcony and the view. She sat outside for hours at a time, and when inside was comfortable with the amenities. The photos represent the condo well. The kitchen is well appointed, and we enjoyed several meals at home. We have an annual Memorial Day tradition in San Clemente. We had a marvelous time in San Clemente! The accommodations were perfect for our family -everything we needed. The beach is so close, the view spectacular, and the pool was a bonus! The condo is just as described with all the amenities listed. Very clean and well-maintained. I would highly recommend this property. We ate pizza at Selma's on Del Mar. Excellent. Also, we always love the Farmer's Market on Sunday. Only complaint - we had to go back home. We'll be back!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

My family and I had a fantastic time staying at this property. It is very well represented by the pictures but also has so much more going for it. Convenience is huge. Great shops, restaurants, shopping, beaches- all close by. Nicely appointed, very comfortable. Perfect for kids, adults and everything in between! We had a wonderful time in San Clemente made even better by using the condo! The view is great - sit outside on the balcony with the doors completely open to the living room. We had 4 adults and 2 kids and had plenty of space. The condo is very clean and updated. Our twins loved their own room with bunk beds and the decorations. The master bed is very comfortable! Our family would highly recommend this condo and will definitely be back.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

My wife and I spent the month of February in San Clemente in Angela's condominium. To say we had a great time would be an understatement. The condominium was exactly as represented on the VRBO website, with a view of the beach and pier that was stunning. It was clean, well maintained, had an excellent internet connection, and a lot of extras. Angela answered all of our questions. It really worked for us. This condo was perfect for our blended family's week's vacation in San Clemente. The apartment,beautifully appointed in a tropical - theme, was fully-stocked with everything from a blender to beach books to Monopoly (which we taught our grandsons; obviously, very well, as one of the twins won his first game!) The children's room is delightful; five year old Emma, gasped, with pleasure, upon first encountering it! We loved having coffee and breakfast on the balcony, soaking in the scenery, fresh salt air, and the sound of the surf crashing on the beach. There's lots of room for storage of boards, chairs and sand toys. Parking is at a premium in San Clemente, so the underground parkings spaces and proximity to the beach (short walking distance) were very welcome! The nearest beach is family-friendly; with swings, picnic tables, restrooms, snack bar, and a good seafood restaurant. On the other side of the pier is a popular surfing beach.The heated pool provides a great alternative to the beach, especially, on a cloudy and cool day. In addition, we loved being able to walk to the center of San Clemente and check out the charming boutiques, shops, and restaurants. Side trips to Mission San Juan Capistrano and nearby Casa Romantica are a must for those who love history, architecture, and beautiful gardens.The owners were very accommodating to our every request. We did feel like we were staying at a friends' home. For some people, the trains passing through might be problematic, but we actually, found them comforting (and the three year old LOVED them!)Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, families with young children.
