My family and I had a fantastic time staying at this property. It is very well represented by the pictures but also has so much more going for it. Convenience is huge. We had a wonderful time in San Clemente made even better by using the condo! The view is great - sit outside on the balcony with the doors completely open to the living room. We had 4 adults and 2 kids and had plenty of space. The condo is very clean and updated. Our twins loved their own room with bunk beds and the decorations. The master bed is very comfortable! Our family would highly recommend this condo and will definitely be back.

My wife and I spent the month of February in San Clemente in Angela's condominium. To say we had a great time would be an understatement. The condominium was exactly as represented on the VRBO website, with a view of the beach and pier that was stunning. It was clean, well maintained, had an excellent internet connection, and a lot of extras. Angela answered all of our questions. It really worked for us. We would highly recommend it to family and friends.

Charming, Comfortable, and Convenient

This condo was perfect for our blended family's week's vacation in San Clemente. The apartment,beautifully appointed in a tropical - theme, was fully-stocked with everything from a blender to beach books to Monopoly (which we taught our grandsons; obviously, very well, as one of the twins won his first game!) The children's room is delightful; five year old Emma, gasped, with pleasure, upon first encountering it! We loved having coffee and breakfast on the balcony, soaking in the scenery, fresh salt air, and the sound of the surf crashing on the beach. There's lots of room for storage of boards, chairs and sand toys. Parking is at a premium in San Clemente, so the underground parkings spaces and proximity to the beach (short walking distance) were very welcome! The nearest beach is family-friendly; with swings, picnic tables, restrooms, snack bar, and a good seafood restaurant. On the other side of the pier is a popular surfing beach.The heated pool provides a great alternative to the beach, especially, on a cloudy and cool day. In addition, we loved being able to walk to the center of San Clemente and check out the charming boutiques, shops, and restaurants. Side trips to Mission San Juan Capistrano and nearby Casa Romantica are a must for those who love history, architecture, and beautiful gardens.The owners were very accommodating to our every request. We did feel like we were staying at a friends' home. For some people, the trains passing through might be problematic, but we actually, found them comforting (and the three year old LOVED them!)

What a fantastic week! This rental was perfect for our vacation. Everything was very clean, nicely decorated and fully stocked to make us feel right at home. Angela was super helpful and accomodating. The view of the pier and beach from the balcony is spectacular! We have three small children and they loved the bunk beds and open family room. The pool was also a plus when they wanted a break from the waves. We will definitely be back!! :-)

We stay in San Clemente every year, usually in this condo complex. 2011 was our second year in a row staying in this particular unit. This is by far the nicest unit we have ever rented! The decor is great, the location is great, the unit is clean and the owners are so accommodating. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this condo to a friend or family member. You will love it!

Beautiful home, clean, decorated beautifully, everything you need to feel at home. Angela was wonderful. She was great about communicating with me before our trip and helped me know what to expect. The views are wonderful. It is just a short walk to nice restaurants and shopping and only a skip down the hill to be at the beach and the pier. We would most definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Place to Stay!

Thanks a million! We recently helped our son move to California from Michigan and wanted a nice place to enjoy apart from the moving events. Angela was very helpful, professional and great about working with us on the details. The condo was perfect for us and the photos accurately represent the unit. It's very clean and comfortable, which are our top priorities. The furnishings and decor are similar to our home which made us feel extra cozy. The kitchen is well appointed and inviting to enjoy dining in, which we also appreciated. It's close to everything, an easy walk to plenty of restaurants, shops and the ocean! The view is exquisite! The pool and the hot tub were our personal favorites simply because it rained during our entire stay...and as unfortunate as that was...this place was the saving grace! We still enjoyed ourselves because of the wonderful amenities here. So, keep that in mind when choosing a vacation rental (we did and we're glad). If it rains, you can still have fun here in the pool and relax in the hot tub...you're already wet! We look forward to visiting our son and enjoying the condo during some of the 320 days of sunshine Cali is famous for...we'll be back to relax!

Our week with friends from Canada was terrific. Everything was exactly as the website description, maybe better. It is beautifully furnished and the kitchen is so well appointed that we chose to BBQ each night. The view of the ocean and pier was better and far more comfortable than most restaurants. Angela provided excellent directions to the unit as well as local shopping suggestions.We would recommend this unit to anyone and hope we have the opportunity to return soon.

Our stay in the condo was great. Wonderful sit-down whitewater views from very comfortable living room and large deck. All necessary amenities provded in clean kitchen with up-to-date appliances. Lots of activities only steps away. We swam in the pool and in the ocean; walked on the beach and the beach trail and enjoyed nearby restaurants. Our hosts were gracious and accommodating. We will return.

This was our first visit to San Clemente as a family. This particular beach was recommended to us by other family members who formerly lived there. We couldn't have picked a better place! The beach is long and beautiful, very family friendly. The town is cute with lots of shops to explore. Also, easy access to other attractions such as Sea World and Disneyland. The condo itself is beautiful and comfortable. We had no difficulty feeling right at home and settling in. After a long day of traveling, we were thrilled to enter the condo and be greeted by the salty breezes and ocean sounds -- it's literally that close. Our toddler loved the beach toys and we were grateful that there were items for the little one. The walk to the beach is quick, less than 5 minutes. The view is spectacular. The only downside was leaving for home! Thanks again, Angela and Tom, for all the nice touches and hospitality.

Angela, wanted to thank you for your help in getting us into your condo. You answered all of our questions and made our stay in your beautiful condo so pleasurable. It was a perfect way for the reunion that we had with our family from Dallas TX. I could have spent all day just looking at that perfect view. The condo is comfortablely furnished and decorated and amply stocked with dishes,cooking utensils, and towels. Our two grandchildren did not want to leave they spent so much time in the ocean. We all had a wonderful time.

We were just in San Clemente for our 4th summer. I have stayed in 3 different units where this condo is. Angela has done a nice job of decorating this unit and my family really enjoyed our time there. We felt that this was the nicest one we have stayed in of the 3. We love the pier bowl area and this condo is in an excellent location and offers great views. We will be staying there again.

This summer was our second trip back to not only San Clemente, but also this particular condo. We have had exceptional experiences with this unit and the owners and will be back. The unit fits our needs perfectly. We want to park our car when we arrive and leave it. We have two young children and want the ability to walk to and from the beach and town as desired and you can in this unit. The room with the two bunks is perfect for children, the Pack n Play is clean and we used it for our infant. Overall it is a clean and comfortable unit with great views of the pier and ocean. Please don't reserve the week that I want for next summer before I do :-)

My husband and I flew out to visit with our six adult kids(blended family) for the holidays. We stayed in this beautiful condo for 9 days and loved every minute of it. It was large enough for several of our kids to stay with us off and on. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable and cozy! The place is stocked with everything you could possibly need. Angela went out of her way to make things so nice for us! Even decorating the condo with a Christmas tree and a Christmas table! The view from the lanai was every bit as nice as the views we get at home in Kauai, just a little different! We felt very much at home and would definitly recomend staying here! We plan on returning ourselves!

July 2006, we leased this condo for a week from Angela, and found this condo to be perfect for our family of 4 adults and 2 children. The condo was absolutely gorgeous, and worked out just perfect. The condo is located just a short walk to the beach and plenty of eating spots for the adults and kids. We also enjoyed the pool at the resort and found it to be very nice and clean, and noticed all of the garden and flower areas to be very well kept. This condo is exactly what we wanted, and we plan to return to San Clemente every summer, and lease this very same condo when it's available.

Our family just spent a week in this beautiful condo. The condo is better than the pictures! The location is fantastic. The lanai makes this unit! The view out to the ocean is to die for! The unit is clean and well decorated and has everything a family would need. If we ever come back to the beautiful city of San Clemente, this is the place I would come to! By the way, the owners go out of their way to make sure everything is just right. A 10 out of 10 in my book!

Our family has stayed at this beautiful condo two summers in a row. It is very clean, large, beautifully decorated and in a perfect location with a gorgeous view of the ocean and pier. We stayed at this condo for 3 months, Jan, Feb and March of 06. San Clemente is a wonderful area with great restaurants, beach, close the amtrak and great little shops. We took day trips into LA, San Diego, LaJoll, Laguna Beach many times. The actual condo is better than most in the ares. The bed in the master bedroom is a king size and extremetly comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. The porch or veranda is a great place to catch both the sunrises and sunsets or just to read a good book. Angela, the owner goes way out of her way to make sure you are comfortable. We would stay here again anytime. Peg and Bob Jones

This was a very lovely condo, we enjoyed our time here very much, we had 5 adults and 3 children and we were super comfortable, plenty of space and sleeping areas were great. Easy to find, shopping on DelMar was fantastic, we had lunch on the pier at Fisherman's Wharf, yummy. Surfin Donuts are to die for, they are on El Camino Real. All in all, a great time in a great rental. Thanks to our hosts. Dawn, Susan, Scott, Charlotte, Michelle, Lauren, Alaina and Olivia. :)
