This luxurious condominium is over 2300 square feet, with a 500-plus-square-foot balcony overlooking the beautiful gulf. The condominium features spacious living arrangements decorated and stocked with your comfort in mind.
En Soleil is like no other, with only three units per floor, assigned parking space in the underground garage, and only 88 luxurious residences, this complex is first class! With its gorgeous fountains, huge gulf-front pool, two gulf-front hot tubs, and exercise room, you will not want to leave the complex. Twenty-four-hour security helps keep your vacation stress free.
Our condominium is set up as a four bedroom. The master has a king-size bed and opens to the gulf-front balcony. The second master (with gulf view) has two queens and private bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed with bathroom access from the room. The den is set up as a kids room, it has a daybed with trundle complete with Xbox game system!! All bedrooms and den have TVs, VCRs, and DVD player in them.
The kitchen has granite countertops, separate ice maker, and seating for four at the breakfast bar. The dining room has seating for eight and overlooks the spacious balcony and gulf. The living room has a gas fireplace, large flat screen TV, sleeper sofa, and mirrored walls to reflect the gulf! Step out onto the balcony with seating for ten, a gas grill, and incredible views to the east and west. It is heaven on the ninth floor!
This is a non-smoking, no pets condominium. All renters must be at least 25 years old, and be present the entire rental period. We cater to families.
