Clean and white, this Condo enjoys quiet central air conditioning throughout, and is located on one of Cancun's wide, pristine beaches of the famous Gold Zone in the middle of the hotel zone. Perfectly situated just six miles from the airport, Condominios Brisas is on the ocean side of the island so the beach is just steps away.
Cancun also has over 350 restaurants ranging from pizza delivery to Five Diamond, AAA award-winning cuisine. The condo has a handbook chock full of info on where to dine, local customs, transportation, tipping, how to bargain and where to shop plus all the ins and outs to get you up to speed quickly.
As you enter the Condo, the inviting open plan design begins with a large, fully equipped kitchen which leads to the recreation/living area and then onto the garden view dining room. The living area has a full-size futon and a foldout sofa bed. The separate master bedroom has a king-size bed with en-suite bathroom (wheelchair accessibility)and large dressing area.
The separate second bedroom has two full-size twin beds that can be joined as a king-size bed, with en-suite bathroom equipped with a whirlpool bath. Extra daybed available upon request. Smokers please keep our home smelling nice and smoke outside.
