Location, Location, Location. This 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo will sleep 6 people comfortably and is located on South Ocean Blvd across the street from Barefoot Landing with over 100 specialty stores and restaurants and the Alabama Theatre.
Did I mention all the restaurants, the new Tanger Outlet Mall and the Colonial Mall with theatres all located within 2 miles of the condo? You just can't beat the location of this condo and all the things to do within such a short distance.

Stay in luxury in our condo decorated in the Tommy Bahama style with upscale furnishings which are all wood and tropical in design. There is NO flimsy wicker in this condo! The improvements include all new oak kitchen cabinets, new countertops, new ceramic sink, all new appliances including a smooth-top stove, all new light fixtures, new 6 panels doors, new sliding glass door, ceramic flooring on the balcony which overlooks the ocean and All NEW FURNISHINGS.
Sleep in luxury and comfort on the Serta pillow top mattresses. There are 2 Queen sized beds in the Master Bedroom and a Cable TV with a VCR. The queen sized, red tropical print sofa in the den folds out to accommodate 2 extra people.
The entire unit has also been freshly repainted and has a new AC and new hot water heater. The master bedroom overlooks the swimming pool for the complex and the den and balcony overlook the ocean. The condo is directly on the beach. The fully equipped kitchen is all new and luxurious! The bar height dining table and the breakfast bar allow you to easily enjoy the oceanview as you are having your dinner!
Our condo is located in a 3 story condominium with parking at the front entrance, so you won't feel overwhelmed with having to hassle with a parking garage and lots of other guests. The condo is on all on one level on the 2nd story of the building which makes for a perfect view of the ocean from the kitchen, den,dining area and the balcony of the condo. Our section of the beach is very wide and not very crowded. Come and spend your vacation with us and you'll want to come back year after year!
We furnished the ceramic-tiled balcony overlooking the ocean with white all-weather wicker furnishings. A glass top bar-height table with 2 bar chairs allow you to easily see over the deck railings for a great view of the ocean. The double glider allows you to enjoy the ocean breeze in comfort.
Please NO PETS, NO HOUSE PARTIES AND NO MOTORCYCLES are allowed.

We have enjoyed our week here immensely. The weather was great and the beach enjoyable. We sunned, shopped, ate, & ate and did a lot of resting and relaxing. The condo is beautiful and well decorated, definitely a beach haven.

Your condo is beautiful! We could not have asked for better weather. Dinner at Captain John's in Calabash is well worth the short drive north. We always enjoy shopping and dining at Barefoot Landing and Broadway. Your's is one of the nicest condos we've stayed in and I've been coming to NMB every summer since I was little. We're looking forward to coming back next year. Thanks so much!

Everything was perfect. Great condo. Love the keyless door pad and the wireless internet connection. the condo was designed very well. The view of the ocean you can't beat. The restaurants are unique. In particular, Joe's Diner right up the road. Beach temperature was 80+ everyday. We've been coming here for 9 straighy years and this was one of our most enjoyable. We shall return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Your condo is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. On the few nights we cooked in, we found the kitchen well equipped. We enjoyed the convenience of evening walks on the beach after dinner and sitting on the balcony watching the ocean afterwards. the convenience of shopping at Barefoot Landing was great. thanks for a great stay!

What a great vacation place. This is a beautiful condo and a great location. We had breakfast on the balcony and lunch on the beach. We ate dinner at Cagney, Fire Island, Nakato, Tripps, Margaritaville & the Melting Pot. We enjoyed them all. An evening walk on the beach and a swim in the pool completed each day. We had a great time.

We loved staying at your condo. One of th enicest ones we've ever stayed in. We especially liked not having to keep up with a room key. We have been to Myrtle Beach many times and have always had a great time. The kids loved the Putt Putt golf courses. We loved everything about our stay here. Lord willing, we will be coming back.
