Located on Fort Myers Beach on Estero Boulevard with a beautiful Gulf view out the front door, and a canal and boat dock out the back.
We offer our home to you for a relaxing vacation under the Southwest Florida sun. The pool is enclosed by a screened in lanai, with a view of canal and boat house. Stroll around to the front of the house and you will be looking at the beautiful beach. You will be steps from the white, sandy beaches where shelling and swimming in the warm waters will make for a lifetime of memories.
Our house is located at the very south end of island, surrounded by water and palm trees. Our house is ground level for easy access. We have one of the larger beach homes. Our home offers 2000 square feet of living space which includes three bedrooms, two full-size baths, dining room, family room, and a large kitchen with a pass-through window to bar area on the poolside, along with every amenity imaginable.
* The master suite has a king-size bed, a private bath with a whirlpool garden tub, dual sinks, a wall of mirrors, and a separate toilet and shower area. This bedroom has a sliding glass door that leads to the screened in lanai with the pool. All of our rooms have ceiling fans. The second bedroom has a queen-size bad, while the third bedroom has two twin beds. Across from the third bedroom is a full-size bath with a five foot by five foot shower and direct access to the backyard. Not to mention, like all nice beach homes, an outside shower to wash off the sand from your daily trips to the beach.
* Our family room has a twelve foot sliding glass door that opens to the lanai and pool. The family room is used for relaxing, reading, and watching TV. This room is open to the kitchen separated only by a breakfast bar, making the room wonderful for family entertainment and get-togethers. Also, this room has great canal views!
* Our spacious home has a fully-equipped upgraded kitchen, with a breakfast bar, tile countertops and a ceramic tile floor. There is also a kitchen table. The kitchen offers full-size appliances including a refrigerator with an ice maker. The microwave, dishwasher, disposal, and oven/range will help make you feel right at home. The full-size washer and dryer will make those extended stays easier. There is also a garage with an automatic opener for your use. The formal dining room seats eight comfortably and opens to the lanai. There is also additional dining/seating on the screened-in lanai.
