Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom beachfront condo overlooking St. Andrews State Park. This unit has been remodeled and offers granite counter tops in the kitchen, tile throughout the dining and living area, and carpet in the bedrooms. The living area offers a queen size sleeper sofa and has access to the private balcony that features awesome views of the Gulf of Mexico and the State Park. The master bedroom has a king size bed, spacious walk-in closet, adjoining private bath, and balcony access. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, spacious walk-in closet, and an adjoining bathroom.
Moonspinner is a gated community with 24 hour security, beachfront pool (heated seasonally), hot tub, tennis courts, and park style BBQ grills. The complex is conveniently located on Thomas Drive... it's off the beaten path yet next to everything! You may prefer to fish off the pier at the Park or just fish in front of the condo. May sure to look for the deer that come from the Park to graze on the beach grass. Truly one of the best locations in Panama City Beach!

Damage Protection Plan: Instead of having to worry about the hassle of credit card holds, all reservations require a $40 security deposit protection plan. This one-time fee covers up to $3,000 of accidental damage that may occur to the unit throughout your stay.
Final Payment: Your remaining balance must be settled 30 days prior to the date of arrival.
Travel Insurance: Troubles can occur when you least anticipate them, forcing you to cancel or interrupt your trip, lose your vacation investment, and incur unplanned expenses. With this in mind, we strongly suggest that you purchase Travel Insurance through CSA Travel Protection. For an additional 6.95% of the total rental rate, you can travel with confidence – even preexisting medical conditions are covered! Cancellation Policy: After your initial down payment has been received, there will be no cancellations permitted unless Travel Insurance has been purchased through CSA Travel Protection and it is considered a covered event.
Minimum Age Requirement: Our vacation units are family rentals only. Reservations for vacationing students or groups of young adults must meet the minimum age requirement of 25 for all members of the party. No exceptions.

About the owner: Managing agent is CENTURY 21 Ryan Realty. Owners purchased unit in 2009. They owned a different unit at the Moonspinner for 12 years before selling it to purchase this unit.
Why the Owner Chose Moonspinner: Beautiful Location on east Thomas Drive near Grand Lagoon and St. Andrews State Park. Great fishing on this end of the beach. Best view on the beach especially from this unit/ Fish frrom the pier shown in the photo of the view from the condo. The wildlife in St. Andrews park is great for the phtographer or nature lover in the family. Watch for the alligators in the park lake as well as the deer, herons and meriad other wildlife. Picnicking in the park is great!!
