Beautiful Gulf front 2 bedroom 2 bath Condo overlooking St. Andrews State Park (Voted #1 State Park in Florida.) The condo is newly remodeled with beautiful granite countertops in the kitchen, new tile throughout, and new carpet in the bedrooms. The living area was recently updated with a new love seat and a new full size sleeper sofa. New ceiling fans in the family room and both bedrooms, refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, and washer. A new tub/shower in the master bathroom and new shower in the guest bathroom. Awesome views of the Gulf of Mexico and Panoramic views of the adjoining State Park. Sit back and watch the boats coming and going from the Pass. This complex has over 700 feet of Gulf Front plus approximately one mile of Gulf Front Beach at the 1200+ acre State Park.
Features Large heated pool, and hot tub. Lots of NEW furnishings such as dinning set, and enjoy the 46" flat screen TV in the family room and a 32" flat screen TV in the master bedroom and the guest bedroom. Super nice unit with all the comforts of home. Owners make sure the unit looks great for our guests. Convenient to shopping and dining such as the famous Capt. Anderson's Restaurant and plenty of boating and charter fishing. Sleeping accommodations include 1 King sized bed, 1 Queen sized bed and 1 sofa sleeper.
You may prefer to just fish off the pier at the adjoining State Park or surf or fish in front of the condo. Look for the deer that come from the park to graze on the grass in front of the condo just across the fence. Sit back and relax. Our guests tell us that it is the most relaxing place they have ever been. Living room and Master bedroom overlook the Gulf of Mexico and white sandy beaches with double sliding doors. Second bedroom has a view of the Lagoon where the fishing boats dock.
Best location in Panama City Beach. Off the beaten path yet next to everything. 1/2 mile from Capt. Anderson's Restaurant (Voted in the top 10 Seafood restaurants in the entire state of Florida for over 20 years in a row) Water sports of all kinds within walking distance.

Cancellation Policy: After your initial down payment has been received, there will be no cancellations permitted unless Travel Insurance has been purchased through CSA Travel Protection.
Security Deposit Protection Plan: Instead of paying hundreds of dollars upfront or having to worry about the hassle of credit card holds, all reservations include a $40 security deposit protection plan. This one-time fee covers up to $3,000 of accidental damage that may occur to the unit throughout your stay.
Minimum Age Requirement: Our vacation units are family rentals only. We do not rent to vacationing students or young adults (under 25 years of age). All members of your party must meet this age requirement - no exceptions.

Why the Owner Chose Moonspinner
Beautiful Location on east Thomas Drive near Grand Lagoon and St. Andrews State Park. Great fishing on this end of the beach. Best view on the beach especially from this unit/ Fish frrom the pier shown in the photo of the view from the condo. The wildlife in St. Andrews park is great for the phtographer or nature lover in the family. Watch for the alligators in the park lake as well as the deer, herons and meriad other wildlife. Picnicking in the park is great!!

We own another Moonspinner unit, but we already had long-term tenants staying there when we went down to visit our inlaws - so we needed to rent another unit for ourselves. This unit is beautifully furnished and decorated, and renting it through VRBO/Century 21 was easy with all our dealings with them friendly and professional. We will certainly rent it again if we need to!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+.
Moonspinner is a lovely place on the beach-close to St. Andrews Park and the amenities are superb!

We love the newly decorated condo at Moonspinner. The new tile, carpet, new shower and bathtub, and new granite kitchen counter is beautiful. The new paint, doors, and crown modeling just top it off. This condo has everything you could wish for. It is so well supplied with everything. You just bring your clothes and that is it. Moonspinner is a lovely place on the beach-close to St. Andrews Park and the amenities are superb. Of course, the view of the gulf is breath-taking. A big plus, the owners are such great people. This condo is awesome. I recommend it to everyone I know who is planning to visit Panama City Beach. The view is unforgetable. I loved watching the ships coming and going out of the bay. The St. Andrews Park Pier is only walking distance. There we got to see dolphins and sting rays. A very big plus to this condo is it is extremely quiet and calm. We are planning to come back next year with even more family. It may even turnout to be an annual event. I am so glad I was able to find this condo. It really turned my husband view of the beach around. As long as I have known him, he has always said he hated the beach. By the end of the first day we arrived, he was already making plans for us to come back next year. So a very big THANK YOU to Val.

We stayed in this condo from July 21-28. We found this place on VRBO and were very happy. The condo was furnished very nice, and the kitchen was fully stocked! We had a plentiful supply of blankets, pillows, towels, and closet space. We hope to stay here again next year.

We were winter guests (Jan -Mar, 2007). We found the accommodation to be excellent. Well equipped, in good condition and what can we say but a wonderful location. We were extremely happy to have been afforded the opportunity to stay in this private home and hope to be back again next year.
