This elegant townhome is located on the Gulf side within the world-class Sandestin Resort. This is the premier vacation destination on the Emerald Coast. The resort has seven miles of waterfront on both the Gulf and Choctawatchee Bay and offers a multitude of activities for a fabulous vacation as well as sugar white beaches and beautiful blue water.
This two level townhome has two bedrooms (one on each level) plus a sleeping loft with two single beds. The downstairs bedroom has a king-size bed and the upstairs bedroom has two queen-size beds.
The villa has plenty of space with high ceilings. The dining room has seating for eight. There is a private patio with a gas grill and a beautiful serene view of the lake (stocked for fishing).
There are four bikes in the shed for your use anytime.

We took our kids to Destin for Fall Break and stayed for the second time at this townhome. We love the location. The property is in a great location, easily accessible to everything. The owner is sooooo nice and extremely helpful with anything you inquire about. Last year something went wrong with the washer and by the end of the day someone was out and had it fixed. Everything is clean and there's plenty of linens, as well as all you need in the kitchen. This is a fantastic place at a great price. I highly recommend it.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, pet owners, adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers.
