LOCATION: Kamaole Beach Royale is located in the heart of South Kihei, just 300 feet from the beautiful, blue Pacific Ocean. Within minutes you can walk to numerous restaurants, a variety of retail shops and the world-renowned, white sand beaches of Kamaole Beach Park. These are some of the best swimming, boogie boarding and sunset beaches Maui has to offer - just steps from your condo.
With so many accessible amenities one could easily make due without a car. However, just a short drive would get you to many of the islands more popular attractions including the old whaling town of Lahaina, Ma'alaea Harbor -the departure point for most commercial boat charters and the Maui Ocean Center.
Kamaole Beach Royale resort has a roof-top garden area with sweeping ocean views that is perfect for barbecuing, stargazing, and whale watching. Surrounded by lush gardens, the pool area is a perfect spot to relax, cool off, bask in the sun or play a round of shuffleboard.
Our cozy, but spacious, Kamaole Beach Royale unit (approx. 730 sq ft) comes with all the necessary beach accessories, A/C and a roomy lanai. We hope that this will feel like your home away from home - tropical style.

Why the Owner Chose Kamaole Beach Royale
Family matters forced Dina and Clark to leave their island home. They felt compelled to stay connected and help others do the same, even if only for short visits. Choosing to own a vacation rental in south Kihei with its consistently perfect beach weather and the incredible accessibility to over 20 gorgeous beaches within miles of the condo was obvious. Other important reasons for choosing south Kihei and Kamaole Beach Royale were the variety of restaurants and shops within walking distance, its close proximity to one of Kihei’s nicest beaches (only 300 ft), and its relatively private and quiet location.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We chose Kamaole Beach Royale for its non-rental like environment. Half of the units are owner lived in which makes for a more homey, community like atmosphere. The condo's concrete construction makes for minimal noise and maximum privacy. There is a peek-a-boo view of the Pacific Ocean without the noise of the sometimes very busy South Kihei Road. And it is affordable for our guests who may be on a budget.

Dina and Clark grew up thousands of miles from Maui and hundred of miles from each other. Somehow the magical attraction of the Hawaiian Islands brought them together. Dina, born and raised in NYC, moved to the west coast to pursue a psychotherapy career. After her first visit to Maui’s warm ocean and amazingly beautiful coastline she quickly realized that this was home. Clark grew up in the Deep South never knowing that a place like Maui existed. After 10 years in the Navy, Clark moved to Maui to work as a scuba instructor and diver medic. Somehow these two very different people were brought together by the magical power of Maui.
