Spectacular Bayfront condo In the SANDPIPER BUILDING (UNIT #501) - BAYSIDE with views of the Gulf from the Master bedroom balcony and views of the bay and intercoastal waterway from the den balcony. Destin West Bayside includes a 700 foot lazy river pool, heated swimming pool, and two large hot tubs. Use of this bayside unit allows the guest access to the gulf beaches in front of Destin West Gulfside - across the street. A covered walkway is now complete to access the Gulfside property across the street.
This Condominium is spectacularly finished with elegant furnishings, draperies, and tiled flooring-all done in tasteful earth tones.The Master suite features a queen bed and armoire. Bunkroom has two twins. Queen sofa sleeper. This Condominium is an end unit with windows galore (no closed in feeling).
Unit has all modern conveniences including televisions in den (32" flat screen), master bedroom, and a wall mounted flat screen in the bunkroom. All TVs are game ready. Internet hookup provided. Also provided are DVD/VCR players. Main balcony features a balcony height table for 4 and a chaise lounge.
We are very close to numerous restaurants, the Ft. Walton fishing pier, and the Gulfarium.

we loved the condo!!! Great place for families. It is so close to several restaurants. Las Rancheros-good food. Light House--Good broiled seafood platters. Gilligans--Great all you can eat crablegs ($29.99). Pranzo's- best Italian food i have ever eaten. Los Panchos- great Fajitas. Be cautious of renting scooters--our adult daughter and her best friend rented one and a sudden gust of wind caused them to lose control and hit a curb. Was taken to a hospital and thankfully no serious injuries.

We loved the condo-very nice. Our daughters wedding was June 12 at the ramada across the street. All guests agreed that our condo was decorated the best! Floyd's and the Lighthouse were great places to eat. After the wedding--we relaxed in the Lazy river.

My sister and i take a few days this time of year to relax. Loved the stay here. Our niece came for one nite with her kids and they loved the lazy river. Very impressed with the furnishings here. I live in Ft. Walton but this was a great stay-cation. thanks

We had another wonderful time at unit #302. The weather was perfect!Beach was beautiful and fun. We saw dolphins on our last day. Some fun things we did this time were the Gulfarium, Floyds seafood, Shopping, The Donut Hole in Destin. We will be back.

We have been to the destin area before, but this was our first time to stay at Destin west. We absolutely loved it. This condo is beautiful and so warm and welcoming. The lazy river, pools, and hot tubs were a huge hit with all of us. My daughter thought the bunks were "cool" with the flat screen TV and private bath. We've been on some wonderful vacations, but this one was sooooo relaxing. we love the ft. Walton area and will return- and we will request #501 sandpiper.

thanks for the amazing condo! We have stayed in destin west twice before and this is by far the most beautiful condo and view that we have had. Our best vacation ever. There is nothing better than seeing your one year old play in the ocean for the first time. We loved the lazy river and had a blast running from pool to pool.
