Swim in the heated pool. Sunbathe on the deck, facing the Gulf of Mexico. Have a game of shuffleboard. Grill your dinner on the gas barbecue, located in the picnic area. Take a walk on the wide, white, sandy beach.
The master bedroom features a queen-size bed, TV, DVD and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom, with a side window view of the Gulf, has one queen-size bed, one single bed, a TV and DVD. The living room is bright, airy and spacious. It features comfortable seating for six people and has a TV, DVD and VCR. Both the master bedroom and living room open onto a large balcony with a panoramic view of the beach, where you can enjoy morning coffee or magnificent sunsets, while watching dolphins play in the Gulf.
Take a short walk down the beach to the famous John’s Pass Village. The boardwalk is lined with restaurants and quaint shops; making it a great place to stroll and window shop. This village showcases a wonderful fishing pier and plays host to numerous charter boats, casino boats, parasailing, jet skiing, live music, great night life, and much more.

Why the Owner Chose Collwood
We were drawn to the famous white sandy waters of Madeira Beach located on the Gulf of Mexico . Collwood appealed to us because it is s a friendly 30 unit building so it is is not too big . One of the best reasons why we bought in this building is that it has always had full time onsite managers . They keep the grounds looking great and are there to help both the owners and renters when needed . We liked that our condo is a south west corner unit with a 180 degree view of the beach from the balcony and views of the beach from all the windows .
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The famous John’s Pass Village is only a short walk from our building and offers great entertainment ,wonderful eating places and many boating and fishing activities. There is a wealth of entertainment and activities at Madeira Beach and the surrounding areas.

I have owned and rented my lovely condo since 1987. Ian and I have many wonderful memories of being here with family and friends Some of my favorite things to do at the condo are, listening to the sounds of waves lapping on the beach, having coffee on the balcony and watching the dolphins play ,walking along the wonderful white sandy beach and of course the beautiful sunsets . I take pride in having a clean , comfortable, well equipped place and am very privileged to have had many renters who love to come back here year after year .

Our family had a great time in this very well kept Condo. We will definitly plan another visit. The onsite managers were very helpful and nice. I loved the fact that it was walking distance to John's Pass. The beach was very clean and the sand was a beautiful white colour. Amazing.

It was very well stocked with everything you need to enjoy the beach and all the comforts of home! Loved the view and having windows in the showers! What a neat surprise! We saw many beautiful sunsets and plenty of dolphins and stingrays! Great sites to see! Your condo was absolutely lovely and the grounds were so clean and well taken care of!! We spent two wonderful weeks at this condo and it was perfect. More than enough room for six people (including two children). It was very clean and well-stocked. Loved the tile floors and the fact that there were towels, umbrellas, chairs, etc for the beach. The building was small so not a lot of people at the pool which was nice. Would definitely return but for a longer period of time. Thank you for sharing your "home". Betty

I have been staying at the Collwood for many years now. The apartment is clean and well managed. Each year when you arrive there is always a change, this year new bedding and a huge TV in the living room and a smaller one in the bedroom. It’s great to wake up in the morning to the sound of the ocean and even nicer having your breakfast on the balcony watching the beach come to life. It’s so restful. The apartment is in a great location, lots of fine restaurants and great shopping all around you. You won’t go wrong if you choose this apartment.

My friend and I are from Chicago and recently stayed at this property in May of 2011. It was awesome! It was just like being on a cruise ship without the seasickness. I woke up every morning enjoying my breakfast out on the large balcony overlooking the beautiful gulf with white sands. Property was immaculate and very well managed. The condo is packed with everything you could possibly need and very spacious. Next time we will book for a longer visit. We didn't want to leave. I highly recommend this property and area. Excellent restaurants and sites are just minutes away. You will not be disappointed!

We had a most enjoyable two weeks in this beautiful condo. Everything was as described. The building, property and pool area are immaculate! The onsite managers (Caren and John) are so kind and helpful. The area and beaches are beautiful. The view from the balcony is fantastic both day and night. We will definitely be coming back again. Carol was a pleasure to deal with, which made arranging our trip easy. She was quick to respond to any questions we had about booking the condo. All the postive reviews made booking this condo an easy decision.

We came to St. Petersburg for the Beef O'Brady's Bowl game during the week of December 18. I was very lucky to be able to rent this lovely condo for our stay. The building is very quiet, secure, and the condo is the most well equipped we've ever had the pleasure of experiencing! (Seriously people, when have you EVER had more hangers for clothing than you could use - AND BEACH CHAIRS?!!) Furnishings and decor are tasteful and frankly, gorgeous! The extra large bar/counter top in the kitchen area was fantastic, and I also realized you have enough seating for 10 for a meal, although we only had four! Another great perk is the ability to walk five minutes to all the shops and restaurants at John's Pass - great for older kids who don't have to ask "mom can I borrow the car?" We went for a beach walk every day, and found horseshoe crab shells, lots of mussel shells, coral, general shells galore, and the biggest and fattest seagulls I've ever seen - clearly these guys are eating well! We also had coffee on the balcony and had the pleasure of seeing dolphins and even parasailing on a nicer weather day. A restaurant at John's Pass called the Friendly Fisherman actually had dolphins swimming just outside the boardwalk. Amazing that I could actually use the pool on the 20th of December! Thank you Carol - we will definitely be renting again in the near future!!

Carol, you go girl! The place gets better every time we visit, this year my sister and I decided to go together (no kids, hubbies) It was great, we relaxed, shopped, swam, walked to beach and were generally really lazy...which we realized was exactly what we needed. Your place is soooo clean and confortable we enjoyed lounging around, went to John's Pass a few times. You know we will be back again and again, without a doubt. Thanks again! JoAnn & Cheryl

Beautiful, tastefully decorated and QUIET condo. Scenic beach view and spectacular sunsets. Great beach walking and easy walking to several excellent restaurants. The on-site managers - Caren & John - provided lots of information and do a good job.
