About the owner: I have owned and rented my lovely condo since 1987. Ian and I have many wonderful memories of being here with family and friends Some of my favorite things to do at the condo are, listening to the sounds of waves lapping on the beach, having coffee on the balcony and watching the dolphins play ,walking along the wonderful white sandy beach and of course the beautiful sunsets . I take pride in having a clean , comfortable, well equipped place and am very privileged to have had many renters who love to come back here year after year .
Why the Owner Chose Collwood: We were drawn to the famous white sandy waters of Madeira Beach located on the Gulf of Mexico . Collwood appealed to us because it is s a friendly 30 unit building so it is is not too big . One of the best reasons why we bought in this building is that it has always had full time onsite managers . They keep the grounds looking great and are there to help both the owners and renters when needed . We liked that our condo is a south west corner unit with a 180 degree view of the beach from the balcony and views of the beach from all the windows .
The Unique Benefits at this Condo: The famous John’s Pass Village is only a short walk from our building and offers great entertainment ,wonderful eating places and many boating and fishing activities. There is a wealth of entertainment and activities at Madeira Beach and the surrounding areas.
