The house is light and airy, with a calm, peaceful energy. When you are ready to leave the estate, you are only minutes to downtown Ashland. There you can enjoy world famous theater, restaurants, shopping, Lithia Park and the growers market.

The Estate has complete privacy, and is an ideal location for those that want to get away from it all, and have no outside interruptions. Tranquility and harmony prevail in this lush setting. A gated entry insures your privacy.

The gourmet kitchen is fully-equipped, with a four gas burner stove top, microwave and a convection oven. There is a breakfast bar in kitchen, and a separate dining room with gorgeous views. Our Estate has just been remodeled with a new master bath, a walk in shower, heated stone floor, heated towel rack, and granite sink. This suite has a fireplace that you can look through while you are soaking in the huge tub, and see the snow, softly falling on Mt. Ashland.
We have a large fireplace in the living room, if you want the smell and heat of real wood. There is air conditioning or heating throughout the home.
The property has a koi pond, with waterfalls, and a creek that flows down to the pond from our Gazebo. The pool is off of the famliy room, with slated walkways around the house. The hot tub is reached either from the walkway around the house, or straight out of the master suite.

Owner's Map of Ashland

Hello, My name is Amelia Arapoff and I bought this house in Ashland with my husband when our sons were young. We have loved living in Ashland. I have worked hard to improve our home, and it is such a lovely spot to relax and enjoy life. My oldest son just got married in our living room, what a fantastic place for a wedding. My youngest are in High School, and I look forward to having them at home for two more years.

Stunning Views

My family stayed at the Lavender Estate in Ashland and we absolutely loved it. The house is in the most magnificent setting - you won't want to leave the terrace overlooking the pool with Ashland in the background. It is also charming at night with the lights of Ashland twinkling from all the big picture windows. It is very close to downtown Ashland - you can drive or bike and be at one of the great plays in just minutes. The house is very comfortable and has all the amenities. Two of the bathrooms are original and perfectly fine but the master bath is incredible with a huge soaking tub, lots of marble and a see through alabaster counter! The linens are nice and the gourmet kitchen has everything. I'm not sure how much property there is but the yard is HUGE - you can get exercise just by walking up and down the driveway! I can't recommend this property enough if you are in the Ashland area!

Owner response:Love you!

Lavender Estate, Ashland, Oregon

I can't think of a more beautiful setting in the Rogue Valley than the Lavender Estate outside Ashland, Oregon. It floats over the valley with 360 degree views of Mt. Ashland, Pilot Rock, Grizzly Peak, Wagner Peak, and the town of Ashland. My family and I enjoyed swimming in the pool, eating on the large veranda, playing pool, and wandering the property with it's beautiful gardens. The house is luzurious throughout. The kitchen is a dream to cook in, and our family loved wandering from one beautiful, comfortable room to another. It is a spectacular place to rest and rejuvenate yourself.

Owner response:Thanks Erin!

Incredible Ashland Getaway!!

I truly can't say enough about what an amazing spot this is! This must be the most perfect spot in Ashland! It feels like you're in your own private retreat, yet you are walking distance from downtown Ashland! The views and grounds are to die for. My husband and I woke up every morning and made a capuccino. We sat out in yard and watched the neighboring cattle roam and enjoyed incredible views of Mt Ashland and the rolling hills nearby. The grounds here are truly stunning! We spent our days riding bikes into town and enjoying the Ashland Shakespeare Festival. We also did a helicopter tour to Crater Lake! We loved sitting on the patio with a glass of wine in the evening and watching the spectacular sunset or going for an evening dip in the pool. This Estate is the perfect spot to call home for a truly one-of-a-kind getaway! We had stayed at other hotels and B&Bs in Ashland, as we love the town. Nothing ever came close to the Lavendar Estate! We hope to enjoy it many more times on our vacations to Ashland!

Owner response:I'm glad you enjoyed all that Ashland has to offer, come back soon!
