La Mer is a beautiful four bedroom/two bath oceanfront home.
All four bedrooms have ocean views. It has a wonderful deck on the ocean. You get gorgeous sunrises from the East over the Atlantic Ocean and breathtaking sunsets from the West over the pristine Guana Preserve. You have the option to join our private beach club for only + or - $175. It has fine dining, full bar, kid and adult pools and a work out facility!
This home is minutes from Ponte Vedra and historic St. Augustine. The PGA Hall of Fame and World Golf Village are minutes away. Disney World and Sea World are only 1.5 - 2 hours south. If you like to golf, fish, or just enjoy the beach and all it has to offer this is the place!

Why the Owner Chose Ponte Vedra Beach
I grew up going to the beach every summer as a kid so I have always wanted to do the same with my family. We have been using this beach house for over 10 years now and our kids just love it. There is something about the beach and being with your family that you just can't describe. We have some wonderful memories from this house and will continue to make more every year! This house is perfectly located just far enough from Jacksonville and just close enough to St. Augustine. There are so many things to do! Or if you want to you can do nothing but just hang out at the beach. It is up to you. That is one of the best things about this house, there are no condos around it as far as the eye can see. The beach is very private and across the street is the Guana State Preserve so nothing will ever be built there! It is just a special place that I know you will enjoy.
The Unique Benefits at this Oceanfront Home
We love to get a guide and go fishing with the family out in the ocean or the intercoastal. The fishing out in front of the house is good too! It is just nice to get out on the water and catch some fish and cook them that night! We also enjoy going into Historic St. Augustine - there are some outstanding restaurants there and of coarse the city itself is a rare find! We have rented jet skis and even gone para sailing! The Guana State Preserve is across the street and you can fish, hike, bike, hunt or enjoy the new Guana Preserve musemun and park. Please ask us for the website address.
