$150 cleaning and linens fee applies to all rentals.
50% payment required 60 days in advance.
Full payment required for reservations made less than 60 days in advance.
$500 refundable security deposit required to confirm reservation.

Our family really enjoyed Santa Cruz and we had a great time! We walked to the beach several times and took day excursions to the Monterey Aquarium, Roaring Camp and Bonfonte Gardens. Our long time friend Michael Schweyer lives a few doors down the street. We got to re-connect with him and our long time home in Santa Cruz. Wonderful home at a great location, made our stay memorable. The Cormorants on the lake were fun to watch! Awesome time had by all.
