We are located on the Gold Coast of Old Town Park City with unrivaled access to skiing, hiking, biking and Park City Main Street, with all of the shops, restaurants and entertainment Park City is famous for. Our home is just 40 yards to mountain access on Park City Mountain's 'Quittin Time' run and only 120 steps to the very middle of Park City Main Street. It doesn't get any better than our convenient location.
Our home was a Miner's home originally built around 1875. The historically correct, award winning ground up rebuild of the home was completed in 2004. The result is a luxurious home with all of the finest finishes and a touch of historic charm. I think you will love it.
We have two units at our home:
Gelande and Telemark each have 1600 square feet and include: Three bedrooms with queen beds*, two luxurious bathrooms, gourmet kitchen, comfy beds with high thread count sheets, New HD TV with full cable and DVR. free wifi, free long distance phone (US ONLY), full laundry room, two gas fireplaces (one in master), radiant floor heat (warm toes), snow-melted off street parking, private hot tub, jetted tub in master and much more.
You will not find a more perfect combination of luxury and convenience.
* Telemark has two bedrooms with queens and one bedroom with two sets of twin bunkbeds. Perfect for families or groups that want separate beds.
Each condominium comes complete with:

The upper unit can comfortably sleep six to eight people. The lower unit comfortably sleeps eight to ten people.

The city stairwell is at the property's front door. Just down the city steps lands you right in the heart of 'Main Street'. Even though parking is a coveted benefit in Park City, our property provides six off-street parking spots, on a heated parking pad. An ideal place. A perfect location, just a few steps up to skiing and just a few steps down to the heart of town. The home was just as nice and exactly as described. Up to date, clean and comfortable. I will come back and would recommend this spot to anyone.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children.

What a great place for our ski trip. The house was everything we expected and more. We loved just walking to ski AND Main Street. So convenient with our group of skiers and non skiers. The snow was fantastic this year (our third stay here) and we love the early season rates. Thanks for the discount lift ticket info and local knoledge you shared. Thanks very much for a wonderful place to stay for Sundance. We had so much fun at the Festival and we got some fantastic skiing as well. Your location is absolutely FANTASTIC!!! Just a few steps to both Main Street and skiing. Couldnt have been better. We loved your home. It was so warm and comfortable. Everyhting we could ask for was there and Mike was great to work with.
