Nice place to stay, But

The condo was very well equiped with pots/pans. Have plenty of rugs to put shoes and Ski boots on Has plenty of hooks to hang coats and equipment from. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in. Had plenty of wood for the fireplace. Had a problem with the heat. We turned if off and it stil stayed 72 degrees inside. The drain was full of hair when we firstt showered. I cleaned it off and all of it out of the drain and it worked great then. We were there for a week and the pool and hot tub were never open because of some problem. The finally had a repair man out to fix it the day we left.( not the owners fault more the complexes fault) The paper on the fridge said extra towels under the sink and none were there. Called the owner and she asked us to go wash them. We ate most of our meal there and ran out of dishwasher soap. THe owner expected us to go and purchase some. All they provide you with is about a cup of powder that takes a 1/4 cup per wash. The fridge has an ice maker, but it dosent work. They do provide you with 2 trays to make ice.

Owner response:We strive to exceed all the expectations of our guests, but we cannot provide 7/24 on site support at this time. In this case, the guest texted me to tell me there were no extra towels and we reponded by having double towels delivered to the condo the following day. We also gave her a late check out. A few days later she texted me to say they were running low on dishwasher soap and we had some delivered to her. My cleaning person has always left the place in pristine condition, and since we did not hear about the shower until this review was written, we could not respond to the situation. Thanks to this review, we now ask all guests to perform a check-in inspection and let us know if anything is less than perfect for your stay.

Loved my stay in this cozy studio with everthing needed for a very comfortable stay. Loved the poximity to the pool and hot tub. If you have plans to relax in the hot tub next to the pool, you can take a sneek peek from the room to ensure the pool is not full of people. I went President's Day week the Sunday before the holiday, people where using the pool facilities. Since I am not a person that likes to hang around a pool with other guests, I able to plan accordingly by viewing the pool area from the condo. At the bottom of the hill, you can find shopping stores and restaurants. No need to drive far for a nice evening out for dinner. The condo is also very close to Copper Mountain for outstanding skiing. Loved the place, would recommend it to others. It also has a very nice working fireplace. The bath facilities near within a few hundrd feet and also very well equiped for people with disabilities and the laundry area is very clean.

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Well, what can we say - your condo was great! Everything was so convenient and all the little things were here just like at home. Great, perfectly sized condo for my wife and I. Met some great people that live here at Buffalo Village. This was the best trip in a long time.
