Upstairs: Master bedroom has queen size sleigh bed, private bathroom, and balcony, with cable TV. Second Bedroom has queen bed and cable TV. Third bedroom has double bed and twin sleeper loveseat. Shared second full bath.

Downstairs: Fully-equipped kitchen has brand new appliances and ceiling fan. Living room has new flat-screen cable TV with lots of video movies, books, and board games. Dining room table seats six plus. Half bath. Outdoor seating on deck. Picnic table outside. Outdoor shower. Charcoal Grill. House has high-speed wireless internet access.

  • A nice quiet community with a pleasent walk to the shops and activiy of Bethany beach. Just off the beaten path enough to be restful. And the natural setting is different from most beach vacation homes.

  • My family enjoyed the condo during Spring 2003. The pool had a lifeguard so we felt safe sending the kids on their own. The beach was accessible, just a short walk. Since we have small children we decided to take the car over to the beach, since there was one major intersection to cross. Ample parking made that easy. The condo was nicely furnished, well maintained with a great kitchen. Picnic table in the backyard was great for crab-eating night!
