Last week I had the pleasure of renting the Love Shack for a group of 16 men for a ski trip. The house is huge, TERRIFIC LOCATION FOR LARGE GROUP, stocked well, very comfortable, and a very fun place to stay! Jeff the owner couldn't be any more helpful. We hired a chef come in for breakfast, enjoyed the ski-in/ski out backyard, and then walked into town every night.

This was the perfect spot to stay for a large family vacation! There were 25 of us total and it was still very comfortable and handled us all very well. Each couple had their own with with their own bathroom attached, which made it very nice for getting ready in the morning and preparing for a night out. The kitchen was great as there was plenty of room for us to store all of our food/drinks and it was stocked with more than enough dinnerware. I can't say enough about the location of this house! Walk out the back door and you are only 10-15yds from the ski run that takes you down to Town Lift or the bus stop. Returning home is just as easy via the Quit N Time trail as it dumps you right at the back door. If a day/night out on the town is what you desire, you are only 2 blocks from Main St. (approx. 2 min walk). This place was perfect for our large family get together. TRUE ski-in/ski-out, hot tub for relaxing, large spacious rooms, and very short walk to all the shops, restaurants, and bars.

AWESOME! Our family of 25 stayed here and loved it! The house looks even better in person than it does in the pictures! This is a true ski in/ski out house. Skiing in was a moderate blue slope. Town lift was down for maintenance the entire week...which was a bummer, however, the free public bus stop is very close and had us to the base of the mountain in a matter of minutes! The house has everything a group of this size needs! The beds were extrememly comfortable, there is plenty of seating, and a fully stocked kitchen with several refrigerators throughout the house. Jeff was great to work with and it was evident he takes great pride in his house! We will definitely be back! Thanks again Jeff!

The house was as described and more. Very comfortable indeed and very spacious. There were 22 of us and we never felt crowded. The kitchen was completely able to handle all 22 of us with plates and amenities galor. The beds were comfortable and the location perfect. The owner and manager were available and helpful pre trip. We did not need them once we arrived as everything worked and all was as we expected. Would definitely recommend.

Our group stayed in the Grand Love Shack in 2008 and again in 2011. It is the best property our ski group has rented. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The kitchen has everything you could ask for. Town is an easy walk away. The ski run is literally out the back door and up a few yards. We will definitely come back here again!

The Grand Love Shack is at the top of our list! Our family (22 with the nanny) comes from 4 corners of the US and gathers each Christmas at a hot or cold spot in the Western Hemisphere to sun or ski each year. Park City is one of our favorites (ten trips) and as the family has grown the house must, as well. GLS is the best. Beautiful accommodations, convenience and outstanding amenities. With a family of cooks we were especially thrilled with the superbly equipped kitchen, including a well-stocked spice rack! Everything in the house is high quality and clean. It suited adults, teens and toddlers. Ski in and out, walk to town, relax in the giant hot tub. GLS has it all. The owner was at hand daily for advice, lending a hand with the bountiful snow and amusing the kids with three well-behaved and playful dogs. The GLS is every bit as nice as the website depicts it. The only complaint from our family was that we couldn't stay longer.

The Grand Love Shack was a perfect spot for our corporate meeting/retreat. We used the spacious living room for our meeting with 13 people where everyone was able to be comfortable and relaxed. The amenities were perfect- having the kitchen and dining room geared towards large groups was great. Breakfast and lunch were easy and not time consuming at the house so we could get on with our days of work or play. As for dinner, that was always an easy stroll to one of the many restaurants on Main Street. The ski-in out access at PCMR was wonderful. Easy ski down to the town lift and ticket window. Jeff, the homeowner is nearby and was very accommodating the entire week. The pool room and game room provided the perfect diversions for a group of 13. The rooms were all unique and comfortable and the entire home is tastefully decorated. Staying at the Grand Love Shack was a great bonding experience for our group rather than staying in a resort or hotel where we did not share common areas and locked ourselves away in our rooms. The trip was a success in large part to the access, accommodations and proximity of the house to all the shops, bars and restaurants.

We had 15 customers on our trip and everyone enjoyed this House...Every room with a bathroom and T.V. was a real plus for our customers. We are used to large houses, but generally there is a rush for bathroom and T.V. Space. The ski in ski out works great as well. Walking to town is also very easy .

This past 3/09 was our ski group's 2nd stay at the Grand Love Shack and as before did not disappoint. This is a "True" ski-in ski-out home. With the 12 bedrooms, our group of 14 guys had plenty of privacy and plenty of places to party inside and outside the home. While the kitchen is restaurant worry for cooking in, Park City's restuarants & bars are but a couple blocks away so we never had a need for having our own transportation. Groceries and livations can be delivered promptly and local shuttles/taxis are overly available for day trips to the other mountains nearby. The Love Shack is by far our best destination in the 15 years the Pole Planters have been skiing Utah, Colorado and Nevada. One point, the pictures of the place, which show this home's unique decor do not come close to how great the Grand Love Shack really is.

I am a travel agent in East Texas and have rented this house for clients during the last couple of ski seasons. The layout is perfect for a group with so many bedrooms each with its own bath. The location is in the middle of the action and everything is so convenient. The owner has been a pleasure to work with and lives nearby - every promise has been met and the description is totally accurate.

We came for Christmas this year with a big group of 17 family members. Seven teenage/ college boys loved the hot tub and pool table and exercise room...the family spent hours playing cards and games in the big living room when we weren't out on the slopes. Loved the accessibility to town and the shops and restaurants, but we ate most meals "in", enjoying the gourmet kitchen facilities. The owner, Jeff, couldn't have been more accommodating...even providing us with a Christmas tree and decorations so we could celebrate the holiday family style. The skiing was fabulous, and we loved the opportunity to try all the local mountains!...we will be back!

We had a large group with lots of kids and it was perfect. There was plenty of space for everyone and with the game room and bunkbeds upstairs we never heard the kids. We can't wait to come back.

The Love Shack made our stay in the slopes much more enjoyable. Has all the after-ski amenities anyone could ever want. Many different style rooms to suit all tastes and requirements. Nice pool table room next to hot tub area. Very safe and peaceful too. Would definitely stay at the Love Shack again if back in town!
