ACCOMMODATIONS:
Our Beach Villa with nine foot ceilings sleeps 10 to accommodate large families or group of friends vacationing together. The large fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar opens to the Great Room. A gas fireplace adds charm to the family gathering area. Three terrace balconies bring the outside inside. Five bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations for 10 guests: 1) Master Bedroom with Queen Bed & Private Bathroom; 2) Master Bedroom with Queen Bed & Private Bathroom; 3) Bedroom with Queen Bed; 4) Bedroom with two Twin Beds; 5) Bedroom with two Twin Beds; and another full Bathroom. Also included are a full size washer and dryer. A 35 foot deep garage provides one car parking and second refrigerator with ample space for golf bags, bikes, beach gear, etc. Overflow open parking for additional cars is available next to our building.
CLUB HOUSE:
Bayside at Bethany Lakes is a Quality Resort Environment, designed by Toll Brothers, featuring a luxurious Clubhouse overlooking the Indian River Bay with Grand Room, gourmet kitchen, Outdoor/Indoor Pools, Gas Outdoor Barbecue, Hot Tub, His/her Steam Room, large state-of-the-art fitness center with great Bay view, game room, wet bar lounge, library, and meeting room. Other facilities include 2 Tennis Courts, Fishing & Crabbing Pier (No boat launch), walking Trails and free shuttle service to the ocean.
ATTRACTIONS:
Bayside at Bethany Lakes located 1 mile from downtown Bethany Beach is conveniently located between Ocean City and Dewey Beach/Rehoboth/Lewis. Rehoboth has over 140 sales tax free discount outlets. Bethany Beach, Rehoboth and Ocean City provide a variety of boardwalk attractions, shops and amusements. Magnolia's (quarter mile) and DiFebo's (about 1 mile). Several Delaware Park Beaches are also available North & South of Bethany Beach for additional ocean swimming, surf fishing and surfing activities.
RESERVATIONS:
3 Night Minimum (2 Nights with $100 Cleaning Fee). Weekly Rentals are Saturday, 2 PM to Saturday, 10 AM. Off-Season Weekly Rates are 7 Days for cost of 6 Days. We will email a Lodging Agreement upon receipt of your reservation request and mailing address. Weekly reservations require a signed Lodging Agreement, $200 Security Deposit and 50% of the rent within five (5) days of Lodging Agreement receipt. The balance of the rent is due 30 days prior to your vacation start date. See Rate Schedule. A Guest Facility Fee is required for use of the Clubhouse and all community facilities. The fee (over age 4) is $25/week/person or $6/day/person. Fee is paid by Rental group directly to the Clubhouse Staff.
We have several payment methods: Personal Check, Money Order, Cashier’s Check, or your Credit Card. Credit Card payments may be made via our PayPal account. This is how it works: We create an invoice on PayPal and then PayPal emails the invoice to you and a copy to us. The invoice contains a link to PayPal. On the PayPal secure site you can use your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discovery credit card to make your payment. Your credit card information is not known by us. After completing the information, PayPal will email a receipt to you and to us. PayPal then transfers the amount from your Credit Card to our PayPal account. This completes the Credit Card transaction.
Rental rate and Clubhouse fees are TOTAL COST. Available March through December. Guests need to bring their own linens & paper goods. In consideration to all our guests NO Pets Allowed and our Beach Villa is a Non-Smoking vacation home. Email us for our Vacation Brochure with more pictures.

Our family has been vacationing at the "Quiet Resorts" around Bethany Beach for over 30 years, but the Bayside at Bethany Lakes Villa is the first vacation home we have owned. Our best vacation memories have been when we shared a vacation home with our family and friends. That is why we purchased a five bedroom three full bath beach villa - to continue the tradition of large families or group of friends vacationing. Our Beach Villa is located in a quiet beach community where you can "walk along quiet waters" and watch sunsets over the Indian River Bay – a place with the natural beauty, charm and lifestyle reminiscent of days gone by. I just wanted to drop you a note to tell you how much we really enjoyed your vacation villa during our recent stay. Your villa and the entire Bayside at Bethany Lakes community truly exceeded our expectations. What a place! We were so impressed and really hated to leave on Saturday. My wife, kids and I all agreed that it was one of the best, most relaxing vacations that we had ever had. I have no doubt in my mind that we will return to Bethany Beach within the next couple of years to vacation again. Again, thank you both for sharing your wonderful piece of paradise with us.
