This spacious, Non-smoking home is located on Table Rock Lake at Lampe, Missouri near the Baxter Marina and Mill Creek. Absolutely the cleanest lake in America. It sits with a gentle slope to the water. The lake is less the 200 feet from the house with a meandering path and a body of water that stretches to near a mile. ( see picture to the left ).. This location is ideal for all ages to ski and swim. Docking a boat will have to be done at the Marina. Ramp is near by..
The upper level has a full bath with two bedrooms that each have a private deck with spectacular lake and sunset views. The main level bedroom has a gas fireplace, private deck, walk in closet, full bath with double sink, linen closet and whirlpooltub/shower. The spacious bedroom also has a bay window, sitting area, and lake view from two sides.
Main level has tons of windows and huge sliding doors that provide for a spectacular view. Off the main floor you walk out to a huge railed deck for barbecuing, viewing lake activities or just enjoying the awesome sunsets. The Lake and Sunsets can be seen from all rooms in the house. In the winter, it is a nesting ground for many species of ducks and the Bald Eagle. You will be within minutes of shopping in Branson (Tanger or Red Roof malls ), Silver Dollar City is 30 minutes, and Eureka Springs 40 minutes from the house, making a daytrip perfect.
The house sits on almost an acre located on the point of mile marker Point 16. The Mile Marker is about 500 feet to the north of the property which allows an even more spacious feeling. Excellent swimming, boating, walking, and jogging location. The best on the lake. Its comfort at the lake with beauty as your backdrop. Not to mention, super nice Neighbors.....*Remember, this is a Non-Smoking Executive Home. If your looking for a upper scale, high end, fully loaded, four-star, Lake Home, this is it! The lake this year has been the clearest I have ever seen.
