This is a 1770-square-foot,recently built, two-bedroom, two-and-one-half bathroom condominium with fully-equipped luxurious kitchen, dining/living room, balcony, two-and-one-half baths, and two bedrooms. There are two queen sized beds and two full-sized futtons.
This is one of the newest villa complex within the resort! You can enjoy dining in one of the nine exclusive restaurants within the resort or enjoy cooking at home. Relax overlooking El Yunque Tropical Rainforest from your own balcony or just walk a short distance to the beach or main hotel. Gambling is just a walk or a short shuttle ride away. In fact, the shuttle bus stops across the street from the condominium (in the golf club) for your convenience. You can enjoy the advantages of staying within an exclusive beach resort for less than half of the price of the hotel rates! Compare to equivalent units within the resort area!

Our family just returned home from Puerto Rico. We rented this villa for the week and we couldn't have been happier. It was nice, clean and came with everything that we needed. It also had a wonderful balcony with a great view of the rain forest. A great way to spend the morning while drinking your coffee! Guillermo: Thank you for such an easy booking! We really appreciate you sharing your home with our family. We had a wonderful time in PR and hope to some day return.

We absolutely loved the villa. It was beautiful and clean, and we felt safe there. The view from the balcony is lovely. Great location close to El Yunque rainforest , Fajardo and Old San Juan. Fantastic beach and access to resort hotel pools. The use of the golf cart was perfect for the distance to the beach. Perfect for families who need some room. Our Kids 2,9,11 and 12 loved the place. The resort is well secured and very well maintained. Will definitely return at some time in the future. Thanks Bridget and Guillermo!!!
