Beautiful, three-story, tower home with six bedrooms, five bathrooms and private pool located in Frangista Beach community. This 3800-square-foot house with 700 square feet of decks have lovely views of the gulf and colorful sunsets. The tower views alone will provide five-mile, breathtaking views of the surrounding area.
The private pool is in the back yard. Access to the white sands and emerald gulf is less than a block away, a two-minute walk in a very pedestrian-friendly area. Five-minute walk to coffee shops, internet cafes, and water front restaurants.
This home is furnished with comfortable sofas for ample seating, Oriental carpets as well as fun beach art.
The third floor has two master suites with two queen-size beds, private baths and private balconies. One of the masters has a built-in bunk for those younger tykes.
The second floor is the gathering area with a large screen TV, a gourmet kitchen fully equipped for making sandwiches to roasting a turkey. The dining room and breakfast bar can host all those board games and spirited dinner discussions. This floor also has a queen-size bedroom and adjacent full bathroom.
The first floor has a bunkroom that sleeps four, a bedroom with twins. These two bedrooms share a bath. The third queen-size bedroom has a private bath. This level also has a second refrigerator and microwave for all those extra summer time treats. The house also feature two sets of washers and dryers on first and third floors.
