New everything including kitchen, bath, we had a professional decorator come in and completely furnish and decorate the unit. Fully furnished, one bedroom, one bath condominium with breathtaking views of the ocean, outer islands, and west Maui Mountains. Watch the whales and enjoy incredible sunset vistas from the living room and Lanai. Large roof-top garden offer awesome views of Mount Haleakala and Maui. You can barbecue and enjoy outside dining on the roof top with unparalleled views. New 50 inch plasma TV in living room and 32 inch plasma in bedroom with cable tv and high speed internet.
Championship golf and tennis are moments away. We are not talking about distant views of the beach. You doorstep is only feet from the water. It does not get any better than this! This place did for us; this was our seventh time in this facility and this was by far the nicest unit we have been in. The place has been completely renovated from top to bottom, and includes obvious touches of an interior designer. The kitchen was very user friendly, the bathroom and bedroom were very comfortable and the condo contained all the necessities plus more. The place is in excellent condition. You will absolutely not regret staying in this unit; and from what I hear the same owner has two others in the building in a similar condition.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit. The unit is just a beautiful as the photos depict. Everyone at the Royal Mauian is friendly and helpful (suggestions on excursions, places to eat, etc). The property is beautiful and is extremely well maintained. There were beach towels in the unit and we rented beach chairs from across the street. We spent every day enjoying the sound of the waves and watching the turtles. We can't wait to go back! The owners are great to work with (we've rented from them twice now).

We had a great time and was in a great location with two awesome beaches within walking distance. The condo itself was perfect and even better than described in the listing. All we brought with us was t-shirts, shorts and sandles in our carry-ons. Everything else needed was in the condo for use. We did buy a couple of beach chairs and left them there so I hope they will be enjoyed for those who stay. We are already missing the condo and looking at when we can visit again.

Fanatastic Property For Many Reasons

My wife and I stayed here for our 30th. Property is exactly as shown. The unit is on the 2nd floor and the waves crashing on the rocks are less than 40 feet from your lanai and your bedroom. (One of the great things about the Royal Mauian is that the master bedrooms are all oceanside, allowing you to hear the waves at night, as well as a million dollar view from the bed). This unit has been recently remodeled in a first class way. The Royal Mauian itself is a well maintained property centrally located on a bluff between 2 of Maui's nicest beaches. Beaches, restaurants and shopping are all a very short walk. This is where you stay when you don't want to spend much time in a car while on a beach vacation. Dealing with Linda was a joy and she made it painless for us. Kudos to the owners for maintaining such a beautiful property. Only downside was that there were no beach chairs available. As the property is impeccably maintained, perhaps that will be rectified in the future.

This was a fantastic unit in a lovely condo building in Kiehi, Maui. The amenities in the unit are top notch and the view is amazing. It is right on the ocean, with access to beautiful beaches on both sides. In addition, there are tons of restaurants and shopping spots within walking distance. Finally, the whole process of renting this unit was so easy- the folks responsible for the unit were delightful to work with. We will definitely stay in this unit again.

My wife and I rented this beautiful condo 7/29/11 to 8/5/11, and we will be back! This condo is spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you could want to make a meal or drink. The living room was comfortable with internet access (ethernet cable provided) and a 50 inch plasma tv for viewing pleasure. The bedroom has a very comfortable bed and a beautiful view of the ocean (we left the windows open at night to hear the waves crashing against the rocks). The bathroom has his and her sinks and a big walk in shower. The lanai...perfection! A beautiful view of Kamaole 1 beach and the surfers in the distance, off to the right. A drink in the evening with a beautiful sunset capped off each night. The Royal Mauian is perfectly located on Maui for those people who want to take advantage of snorkeling, swimming, boogie boarding, paddle boarding, shopping, restaurants...without having to jump in the car. It was a perfect condo for a perfect vacation! You will not be disappointed!

My husband & I just spent a week (8/4-11) here and WOW! The listing description and pictures were just what we got. The property was pristine. We definitely would recommend not only this unit but the Royal Mauian itself. We have been going to the islands for over 20 years and we were extremely happy with our stay here and will definitely return. The beaches are close by, Kamaole 1 & 2. They are both long beaches and a very short walk from the condo. In the afternoon when the trades would blow just close the sliders & turn on the AC, very nice to have available. The bed was large & comfy. If you come back to the condo with lots of goodies to bring upstairs just get a shopping cart from downstairs, much better than making a lot of trips. The roof top grilling was a nice touch. Internet was speedy. The tv's were excellent, nice to have one in the bedroom. Shower in bathroom was nice & large. Saw many turtles from not only the lanai but the bedroom as well. All in alll a great place and one we hope to visit again and again. Much mahalo to Pauline for setting us up and having a wonderful 50th birthday celebration for my husband.
