Enjoy our private, relaxing, newly decorated 3-bedroom/2-bathroom luxury waterfront condominium located directly on the Gulf of Mexico with beautiful views, heated pool, central air-conditioning and well-maintained premises. Enjoy a day on the white Gulf shores or poolside and then take in the beautiful sunset from the terrace.
Excellent restaurants, shopping, and Disney, Seaworld, and Busch Gardens are all nearby. All the amenities of home are here to make your stay very relaxing. If you have special requests, please ask and we will try to accommodate you. Bedrooms: Master with King size bed, 2nd bedroom with King size bed, and 3rd bedroom with Full size bed.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
* The condominium is limited to six people.
* There are no pets allowed in the building or property.
* Smoking is limited to the terrace.
* Reservations confirmed upon receipt of $200 deposit. Balance of rental fee is to be paid 30 days prior to your arrival date. Sixty day notice is required for full refund. Cleaning fee $120.
* Payment in US Funds only. Checks, Money Orders, and most credit cards accepted as payment.
* Rental fee does not include 12% Florida state hotel tax and cleaning fee.
* Check-in at 4 pm and Check-out by 10 am.
