  All those bad reviews are inaccurate. I have stayed there 2 time and the bed and fridg were fine. It close to shopping for groceries and other needs convieniant to downtown. The place is quiet and clean and very well kept.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers.

  All the other bad reviews were not accurate I have stayed there 2 times and those to times were great close to a strip mall for groceries, close to downtown, the furnishings were quaint and I really had a great time there was nothing wrong with the bed or fridg. It is kept impecabbly clean and well provisioned.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers.

  I was disappointed in the condo even though I knew it was less expensive than some places and I did not expect perfection. There was a new fridge but the bed, carpet and linens really needed to be replaced. It was posted as a beautiful condo and looked OK from pictures but the bed was worn out and the surfaces including the carpet and were not clean. I count on VRBO to rent a place from 2 or 3 times a year and this condo did not measure up.

  We rented Walter's place over Pres. Day Weekend. It was much cheaper than most others, so we didn't expect much. It was a fantastic location where you can catch the bus to the resort or downtown at the end of the parking lot! The place was dated, but made us smile, as I recognized several items from my childhood - including the VHS player (..no DVD). Unlike the previous review, the refrigerator worked for us, and we saved a good deal of money on both the rental and food. Just remember your own cork screw (and hairdryer). I'd go back... it helped that we also got 2.5 ft of snow overnight ;)

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

  This property is in a good location and clean and the owner was easy to deal with. But the refigerator did not work and I called the owner and reported it but nothing was done. We had bought groceries before we realized the refrigerator was not working and had to throw most everything out and the owner did not offer to reimburse us for anything. So we were in a condo without a working refrigerator all week. The whole reason for renting a condo vs a hotel room was so we did not have to eat out all week. Also There is cable TV but it is only 5 channels.
