This property is a newly remodeled duplex located on the Eagle-Vail golf course, just minutes from the entrance to the Beaver Creek ski area. Just 10-12 minutes from Vail.
The main level consists of a full kitchen with separate dining room, living room with cable TV, gas fireplace and large scenic patio with gas grill overlooking the golf course. The upper level consists of a large master bedroom with walk-in closet and full bath.
The lower level consists of two additional bedrooms, each with golf course views, separate full baths and closets. One of the bedrooms can double as a den with its own entertainment center.
The golf course is groomed throughout the ski season for cross country skiing or use your snow shoes and enjoy a nice scenic walk. You can even snow shoe out your back door, up the 18th hole through the woods all the way to the Beaver Creek ski area!
