Experience 'Old Florida' with huge, beautiful, moss laden live oaks shading a glorious sunset over the nostalgic St. John's River. Fruit trees and wild bird life abound.
We've even had a manatee family eating lily pads next to the 15 by 40 foot boat house! Cook your favorite food on a huge smoker grill while you dip in the pool.
The boathouse has electricity and water/sink with built in benches and tables. An eight foot Jon boat is supplied with a few fishing poles.
The house is furnished very nicely with a king size bed in the downstairs master/TV and the two upstairs bedrooms have a double bed in each with one TV. All new upgraded appliances in the kitchen and a two car garage with workshop area.
