Royal Emerald has 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, sleeping up to 14 guests and includes 4 sumptuous King Size master suites.
The owners of this magnificent home have taken every opportunity to provide you and your guests with the ultimate in vacation luxury and ease, in your home away from home. Each of the 6 bedrooms suites are elegantly and professionally decorated with upscale furnishings, and are each equipped with private cable TV and DVD player.
Upon entry to the villa you are immediately presented with an impressive large tiled hallway and a luxurious living room inviting you to relax with family and friends. This exceptional home also offers an elegant dining room plus a family room with a feature vaulted ceiling, adding to the feeling of space and light as it opens out to the extended covered lanai and pool area.
The entire family will enjoy the state-of-the-art home entertainment system, with 52 inch screen TV, Playstation, Xbox, and Bose DVD/CD home theatre surround sound, helping you relive your experiences at MGM and Universal. Adjacent to the family room, is a modern European style fully equipped kitchen with extended island combined into a breakfast nook.
If you want to spend your days soaking in that Florida sunshine, then you've picked the perfect spot! Relax, step into our heated (optional) bubbling spa pool, or into the crystal-clear waters of the 30 x 14 foot private heated (optional) pool, or simply lay back on one of our comfortable sun-loungers or reclining chairs placed on the oversized deck. The large lanai is cooled by ceiling fans, and delivers the perfect place for breakfast as the sun rises, or for a relaxing evening enjoying a family al-fresco meal together. Both the pool and lanai are south facing and enjoy sunshine from early morning to late afternoon. The pool is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided. The deck is decorated with various silk trees and shrubs. A grill is also provided for our guests.
Additional entertainment is on hand in the superbly equipped, fully air-conditioned Hollywood themed games room. Pitch your skills in a wide range of games including, a full sized pool table, table foosball, electronic darts and air-hockey.
Sleeping accommodation at Royal Emerald can only be described as outstanding! The spacious 6 bedrooms are exclusive, luxurious and imaginative which will appeal to all generations.
The Emperor, Maharaja, Regal and Wedgewood suites each provide elegant comfort, featuring sleep-soft king-size beds, dressers and nightstands, with 21/27-inch cable TV’s with DVD players, clock/radios, ceiling fans and large walk-in closets for plentiful storage. Each master bedroom also provides its own master en-suite bathroom, with mirrored marble vanity basins, walk-in or bath/showers (corner bath in master 1), and toilet.
The two additional twin rooms are tastefully themed for children with ‘Camp Minnie and Mickey’ and ‘Simba and Nala’s Den’, each with its own private cable TV and DVD players.
Royal Emerald has high speed wireless internet.
The Emerald Island Resort offers an array of complimentary amenities, which are available to guests. The 4,000 square foot club house has a fitness centre, volley ball and tennis court, sauna, computer access to the Internet, heated community pool and spa pool, Video games room, together with children’s play area and Tikki Hut, and is the perfect place to get to know other families. The Clubhouse is very near a trail for walking, jogging or biking which winds through the community’s natural woodland setting.
