Enjoy every amenity in this fully renovated ranch decorated in nautical style with wood laminate flooring throughout. Lounge in the spacious living room/kitchen below the vaulted ceiling. Settle in the family room to build a puzzle, read, or watch TV. Escape to the master suite with queen-size bed, two-person jacuzzi, shower bath, TV, and deck overlooking the river. One guest bedroom has queen-size bed, the other twins, and guest bath has full tub. A fully enclosed outdoor shower offers bathing under the stars.
Within walking distance are restaurants, coffee house, antique shop, boat rental, and convenience store. Just over a mile away in Dennisport village are more antique and gift shops plus large grocery store. Close by are great golf courses and, of course, Dennis' famous beaches on both north and south sides. A bit beyond is the entire glorious Cape.

This is our 17th summer vacation on Cape Cod and this beautiful home is by far the best rental we've ever found!! CLEAN, quiet and filled with warmth. You should be so proud !! We have been vacationing on the Cape for 5 years. This is definately a home and not a cottage. The view was spectacular and calming. We hope to utilize the paddle boats next year! The week went by TOO fast, maybe we should think of visiting for 2 years (wishful thinking) I mean weeks, next year. Thank you for having us.

What we did: Relaxation was the theme of the weekend. We cooked together, read short stories together, walked together, antiqued together, and laughed and talked. What a wonderful house to spend with freinds and family. We felt so comfortable.
