Cozy, housekeeping cottage located in quiet circle nestled amidst pine trees. Three beaches nearby. Large deck with picnic table. Interior just re-done with gleaming hardwood floors, tiled bathroom, One bedroom has a queen size bed while the other bedroom has a two twin beds. Fresh paint and decor. We supply many DVDs, videos, games, and books as well as CDs for your enjoyment.
There is an outside shower enclosure with hot/cold water for bathing after the beach?
Lots of information regarding local activities in guest basket as well as notebook for association guidelines. No pets, boats, or RV parking are permitted. Swimming pool is seasonal use only with opening and closing dates at the discretion of the Homeowner's Association. Pool hours are usually from 10 a.m. To 7 p.m. Key in cottage for pool use. This is a seasonal pool which opens and closes according to weather and has no lifeguard on duty. We provide a "beach buggy" that holds beach chairs, towels, and cooler so you can transport your things to local beach if you like to walk and save beach fees required to park your car for beach usage.
We provide sheets, pillow cases, and beach towels however you must launder and dry prior to your departure or there is an additional fee of $75.00. Bring your own bathing towels. Linen service is also available through Essential Rentals if you prefer this convenience.

Growing up on Cape Cod is a wonderful memory. Walking the beaches and enjoying all the beautiful natural wonders left me wanting to return from time to time and I knew others would enjoy it as well.
