  Fantastic rental! This condo is located in a beautiful development (gorgeous landscaping throughout). The views are exactly as pictured--unobstructed ocean views from kitchen/living area and master bedroom. The property is a short walk from the main Oceanside pool of the resort. The resort has wonderful poolside food/beverage service although it was quite pricey. It is also very easy to bring your own provisions from the condo. Both the owner and property manager were very professional and attentive. We look forward to returning.

  Owner response: Thank you for your positive comments about your experience at Casa Del Mar. Zoetry raised prices late last year which are not well received by owners or guests. We are hopeful and have heard rumors (rumors only) that they may return to prior levels this year. There are excellent alternatives at the Hilton a short walk with five restaurants and a full-service grocery (Mega) in San Jose Del Cabo.

  What an ideal location. It was perfect for our family of four with two teanagers and was even nicer than it looked in the pictures on the website...which I thought were pretty nice to begin with. We really enjoyed watching the surf from the balcony every morning and evening. We used about every pool in the complex. It was hot, but we went on an ATV excursion, snorkeling cruise and one of the highlights of the trip was dinner on the beach at the Zoetry Hotel. We also discovered the Sunset de Mona Lisa…my wife is a quarter Sicilian, loves Italian food and said they had the best Eggplant Parmesan she's ever tasted…the rest of us had pizza which was equally exceptional. The owner of this unit was great to work with...very responsive and had lots of helpful tips for first time visitors to Cabo. It was a great vacation…we would definitely rent this unit again if we get back to Cabo in the future.

  We are a family of three and just returned from 5 nights at this property, which exceeded expectations on every level. I hope the following information is helpful: The condo was an easy 30-minute door-to-door shuttle ride from the airport. The pictures provided by the owner are very accurate and we spent a lot of time on the balcony eating meals or enjoying downtime overlooking the ocean. The entire unit was clean, nicely decorated, and in perfect working order. We especially liked the open floor plan of the kitchen, dining, living room and balcony which make for easy living and convenience. The bedrooms were nice and private, spacious, and comfortable, as were both bathrooms. Washer, dryer, showers, fridge, freezer, AC, etc. worked great. No glitches whatsoever. Also, the onsite property manager was instantly responsive to any questions we had. The condo sits in the middle of the Zoetry Resort. This really stepped up our vacation to the 5-star level. Anyone looking for rent this condo should spend time on Zoetry's website and look at their Cabo location because this is really what you are getting by staying here. The resort treated us like guests of their own and the service was outstanding. The resort has 3 great restaurants, bars, and several beautiful pools, within a 3-minute walk from the condo and we took advantage of all of them. The only resort amenity that was not extended to us automatically was room service and access to a gorgeous and very classy pool and lounge area nestled into the sand right at the water's edge. However, for a reasonable fee you can pay to gain access to this area and with that fee you are covered in full for anything on the menu at any of the restaurants and open bar - room service included. No strings. We did this for two of our days and felt it was easily worth it. The small pool shown in the pics is steps from the unit and no one else used that pool while we were there which made it great for our toddler. There was no poolside service there, however. A nice escape from the main pool and resort scene. That said, the resort was a quiet and low-key as you could ask for. If you're looking for a party scene, this is not it. Also, not a big family resort. Kid-friendly, but resort-wise, generally more suited for honeymooners. All-in-all, a great experience. We will be back and I would recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation. 5-stars.

  Great condo/great experience. Owner was very responsive and provided all information needed. Unit is well-maintained and updated. Quick stroll to beach and main pool; unit has ocean view from living room. 20 min drive to San Jose del Cabo; quick walk to Hilton, Las Ventanas, and Zoetry restaurants. Highly recommended.

  Recommended for: Families with young children.

  I highly recommend this condo for your Baja vacation. Fabulous weather, scenic ocean views, a beautiful beach, great pools, what more could you ask for? I travel to several luxury resorts every year, and I find Casa Del Mar the most beautiful and relaxing place of all. I enjoy it so much that it has become an annual visit for me over the past several years. When there, I always stay in Coral 301. This condo is a very spacious and nicely furnished two bedroom-two bath unit. Every year the owners find ways to make it little better. They obviously take great pride in this property. This year the kitchen was remodeled. The new granite counter tops and appliances made fixing a meal a really fun experience. If you are not into fixing your own meal, there is a great dining room on site and there are many first class restaurants in the area. Coral 301 is very reasonably priced, and I’m sure you’ll enjoy your time there.

  We've stayed in the Casa del Mar resort quite a few times and have never had a bad experience. From the get-go, the owners of this particular condo were AMAZING to deal with!! They are so nice and extremely accommodating. Their condo is beautiful as well! We traveled with our 3-year-old daughter so having the 2nd bedroom was very important. Proximity to the pools and beach was important as well. While it wasn't "beach-front," it was VERY close. We would make several trips per day from the beach to the condo and it was only about 5 minutes. I would absolutely recommend staying here!
