Why the Owner Chose Casa del Mar
When we first visited Cabo in 1993, it was remote and undeveloped. However, when we saw the plans for Casa Del Mar, we knew that quality properties like this don't come along often. We bought on the chalkline (and we are NOT impulsive people, it was that beautiful). We have not been disappointed in the workmanship, landscaping, amenities and location, location, location of this property. Every unit has nothing between it and the ocean. What is called ocean view in Casa Del Mar is oceanfront in other developments. We love it and know you will too. We look forward to having you in our casa.

We stayed at this Condo and everything was perfect. The owners and mgmt of this excellent property made certian that all of our needs were met and exceeded!! We can't until our next stay there.

We've stayed in the Casa del Mar resort quite a few times and have never had a bad experience. From the get-go, the owners of this particular condo were AMAZING to deal with!! They are so nice and extremely accommodating. Their condo is beautiful as well! We traveled with our 3-year-old daughter so having the 2nd bedroom was very important. Proximity to the pools and beach was important as well. While it wasn't "beach-front," it was VERY close. We would make several trips per day from the beach to the condo and it was only about 5 minutes. I would absolutely recommend staying here!
