WONDERFUL SUMMER OR WINTER RENTAL! Enjoy this 2,600 square foot, fully furnished and comfortablly decorated home nestled in a quiet spot on Hayden Lake, with quick access to shopping, meals and entertainment in the city of Hayden (10 mins) and Coeur d'Alene (20 mins). Winter activities are also close with Schweitzer Mountain and Kellogg ski resorts just 40 and 30 minutes away respectively.
There are two master bedrooms with their own baths. The upstairs master bedroom has a king-size bed and a Jacuzzi in its bathroom. The other two bedrooms have queen-size bed. There is laundry room with washer/dryer, towels, and linens; a movie room with plasma TV and cable; and a working fireplace in the living room. Two private decks are off the living room with an additional private boat deck on the water with lift. A full kitchen with lots of counter space contains fridge, range, oven, microwave, waffle maker and coffee maker, and dishware for 12 persons. Also a great BBQ grill!
The spacious living room is surrounded by large windows that let in lots of sunlight and offer a breathtaking view of the lake and mountains. Two sets of sliding glass doors open up to two private decks along the rear of the house. From any of these locations, the view of the lake and opposite shore are unobstructed and magnificent. Pull the shades down to watch the plasma TV with cable service in the movie room downstairs, or start a cozy fire in the living room. The living room and movie room each has its own queen-size convertible sofa sleeper.
Stairs lead directly from the decks down the lakeshore to the boat dock, which has a connected private deck on the lake, where you can swim, fish, boat, barbecue, watch nature, or simply lounge in the sun.
