Cedar home with vaulted ceiling and floor to ceiling windows. Open floor plan permits beautiful views throughout the house. Fireplace in family room. The oversized master bedroom has a fireplace and queen-size bed. The second bedroom has one queen and one double bed. Third bedroom has a trundle bed (two twin beds or one king bed). Fourth bedroom has a queen bed (futon).
Bring the fun outside onto the two levels of deck! You frequently see deer, squirrels, chipmunks, etc. From the time you arrive the ambience of the natural surroundings says - relax!
Our lake home is the ideal place to base your family reunion or group vacation. Located within 30 minutes of Rogers and Eureka Springs, Arkansas and within one hour of Branson, Missouri; there is something nearby to please everyone. You may rent watercraft at the nearby Lost Bridge Marina. If you do not feel like cooking, there are two wonderful restaurants within five minutes.

Nightly Rate .. $250/night (Up to 6 Guests) + $10/Additional Guest/nt 4 night min.
Weekly rate = $1600 (Up to 6 Guests) $10/Add'l Guest/night.
Independence Day week=$300/night and 7 night minimum ($2100/week)
Low Season Rates=$200/night (Up to 6 guests) + $10/Additional Guest/night)and
3 night minimum. Weekly rate=$1300 (Up to 6 guests) + $10/Add.guest/night
Payment: 50% at time of booking, Balance 60 days prior to arrival date.

We had a party of 8 people staying at the lake house. Pro's -There were plenty of places to sleep for the eight of us and very spacious. The pictures on the web were acurate. It was very clean. The upper deck was new. Everything functioned properly. The kitchen was well equipt. Con's - Parking was a little issue. We had a boat and the drive is very steep. There was no boat dock but new that when we rented the place. There was some tree's to tight the boat up to, but could not pull it up to the bank because it was rocky. The view of the lake was obscured by the trees. The bedrooms were open except for one. Overall I liked the place a lot and would rent it again.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, families with young children.

Never sure what to expect, even after several times using VRBO. But we definitely were NOT dissapointed in this home. Very open and comfortable. Allowed us, along with our friends, to spread out and really enjoy the surroundings. Had a great time. If there is any knock on this, the driveway was the only challenge...VERY steep. If you aren't used to it, it's tricky. Overall...we'd come back. Great location on the water, and convenient to the marina.

We had a WONDERFUL time. The view was spectacular and the lake was right behind the house. The house was very spacious and just beautiful!!! Deer were everywhere...all you had to do was look out one of the MANY windows!!! It was a short and very scenic drive to Eureka Springs. We were there for a week and HATED TO LEAVE!!!! Thanks for a FANTASTIC vacation!!!!
