Why the Owner Chose Balboa Peninsula
The small town atmosphere of Balboa is rewarding. Park your car, walk to shopping, restaurants and endless recreation. Ride a bike to the Wedge for a picnic or stroll over to Balboa Island for lunch.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Walking along the Pacific Ocean accompanied by porpoises, pelicans and sea gulls is a delight --especially at sunset.
Owner's Map of Balboa Peninsula
We have owned peninsula property since 1975 and feel it is a perfect vacation spot. Pete and Kathy are 'snowbirds' who live in Newport Beach in the winter and Salt Lake City in the summer. Pete's retired from Delta Air Lines as a pilot and currently does golf course ratings for Golf Digest as well golf photography. Our home has many of his beautiful photographs of life in Newport Beach. Kathy teaches Bible Studies in both states.
