Wonderful condo with excellent owners

This condo is wonderful. What you see in the pictures is what you get. It is very clean and well kept. The location in the community is perfect. It is on the 4th floor, so the outside noise is not a problem at all. We traveled with three young children and the walk to the beach or the pools was easy for them. We stayed in October when the weather can be spotty, this condo is close to the heated pool which was wonderful. The heated pool was heated to a perfect level for the temperature day by day. The condo has all of the little extras that you can want, plenty of games, movies, utensils, beach gear, and a few books. The beach was very nice, the umbrella service a great extra side benefit. The condo is close to plenty to do. The outlet stores are close, and there is easy access to grocery stores and restuarants, yet once you get back on property you feel that you left the hubbub and are in a relaxing beach getaway. Dianne is excellent to work with. She is completely organized and great at communicating. We did not have a single problem with access to the condo, her suggestions were spot on. We have rented from many agencies over the years, none come close to providing the amount of information and comfort level that Dianne provided. If we make it back down to Destin, there is no question I will look for this condo again.

This was our 2nd visit to this same condo at Maravilla. Very clean, updated, full size washer and dryer, wireless internet, many other extras, and gracious owners. This property is well maintained and extremely well managed. This is the perfect place for a true family vacation or a romantic retreat. We enjoyed being so close to this beautiful beach and appreciated the free weeks beach service of chairs and umbrella. We also used the two beautiful pools in the evenings to relax. We loved Maravilla's convenient location to tons of restaurants, movies, Hard Rock Cafe, etc. My wife and dughter were in heaven with the premium outlet malls located only 2 miles away! The only problem is that the week ended way too soon, can't wait to return!!!!

My thanks to Dianne, the owner of this condo in Maravilla for a superb home away from home. Exceptionally clean with everything one needs to enjoy a vacation. Kudos to Dianne for prompt communication and extremely quick return of security deposit (only 5 days). Also kudos to Maryanne, property manager, who promptly returned my phone call reference a very minor issue. You have nothing to worry about renting from this owner. Would definitely return to this condo!

We have heard so much about Destin and finally decided to check it out in the off season to see if we wanted to spend our spring vacation here. We do! We loved the location of Maravilla. Our condo was just perfect for our family of 6. Greatly furnished and very clean. We didn't have to buy anything extra as it had all we needed. Owner was excellent to deal with, very professional and always willing to answer my millions of questions. We enjoyed the enormous amount of shopping and restaurants so close by but most of all, WOW the beach is breathtaking. Counting down the days until summer.....

Spring Break Fun in Destin!

This is my 3rd visit to this same condo at Maravilla. Very clean, updated, many extras, great owners, what more do you need? This is not a party place so we bring our young teenagers and they bring a friend. They have a great time on the beach (which couldn't be closer, right in front of Maravilla) and we appreciate the free beach service. They also like the walking/ biking path. We love this location. Very convenient to tons of restaurants, movies, Hard Rock Cafe. And my wife is very happy with the premium outlet malls located within only 2 miles! We are looking forward to another stay here!!!!

We stayed 3 times in this condo. My wife is very particular and has allergies so we have to be careful where we vacation. This is a well cared for condo and our kids love the games, movies and beach toys. They also ask to go back to the condo that has the twin sofa sleepers,I guess a hit with them while their big brother sleeps in the guest bedroom. We had everything we needed here and it has been updated several times. Last visit there was a new fancy washer/dryer. Something new each time we went. The beach is outstanding and you cannot beat this location. Maravilla has great amenities and the beach is close. Great walking/bike path out front. So many restaurants. I can go on and on. We can't wait for our next holiday.

Very nice place, comfortable and well furnished, with what you see described and pictured on the listing the same as what you get. We liked that it was away from the bigger, likely more crowded condos. The owner provided helpful information on the area and the condo. The umbrella beach chair set up is a definite plus, and there is a nice pedestrian walking/running/cycling area across the street from the beach. Overall, a good deal for the cost and I would recommend it to friends as a family friendly vacation deal.

We loved this condo! We were on the top floor in Building 1 which is only the 4th. This condo is opposite the gated entrance side and very quiet. We enjoyed not hearing anyone walking above us. Plus they have those new, heavy, hurricane proof, sliding glass doors in both the living and master bedroom. Our condo was spotless and they really go out of their way to supply everything that we could possible want or need! We had a George Foreman Outdoor Grill, a full deck box of beach toys and floats, extra beach chairs, 2 coolers. Also the condo had been updated and the kitchen is really nice with the black granite and new refrigerator. New flooring throughout the condo and a new Washer/Dryer. The high end front loader kind! I now want one of these for our house. (My husband is not thrilled about this.) The beds were comfortable and the sofa sleeper had an air mattress as well as a regular mattress. Finally, no complaints about being uncomfortable. One night I let the other kids sleep on the 2 twin sofa sleepers as a treat. They enjoyed staying up late and watching TV. Even though this condo is not gulf front, it was no inconvenience to us and our 4 young children walking to the beach or either pool. The beach is DIRECTLY in front, no buildings. The beach was huge and my kids loved the Volleyball. We liked the beach set up of the Umbrella/Chairs. Also Maravilla has so much space for the kids to play, ride bikes and play Basketball.We cooked in the condo since the kitchen was so overstocked with everything. We had a full spice rack among all the extra little appliances such as a cappuccino maker, ice tea maker, crock pot, toaster oven and much more. Also we went out to eat a few times because we had a choice of a million restaurants within a few miles range. We ate at the Tommy Bahama’s in the new Grand Boulevard Sandestin Town Center. This is a new upscale shopping and restaurant complex. There are many choices for activities and dining. WE WILL BE BACK!5++STARS!

I took my children to Destin for Spring Break and we booked this condo at the last minute. The condo was spacious and is very centrally located to the beach, outlet mall, and all of the great restaurants. Unfortuately I had to work a little, but having high speed internet cut down my time a great deal. The condo also has a number of board games and movies in addition to beach supplies. Another plus is the beach service with chairs and umbrella. We had a great time and will definately stay there again.
