We are a vacation cabin or a cabin rental located in Strawberry near Pinecrest and Pinecrest Lake. If you are looking for a great cabin rental we think that you will love the Cabin On The River.We are located on the south fork of the Stanislaus river 32 mile east of Sonora,CA on highway 108 at an elevation of 5250 feet.

The cabin is a 1475 sq. ft. built in 1979 and used as a family residences until 1993.We are now a vacation cabin. It is a furnished 3 bedroom 2 bath with linens, towels, pillows, blankets, cable TV, DVD and has a fully outfitted kitchen. It is well insulated .passive solar with a glass door fire place. With plenty of room down stairs you can lounge in front of the fire place and sleep underneath the stars.The vacation cabin and the back deck provide a beautiful view of the river.In the summer pinecrest lake is great for boating and swimming. This view in combination with the sound of the river provides a unique , peaceful and restful vacation.We think that you will love this cabin rental.
