Our wonderfully comfortable, very nicely decorated condo overlooks the beach, gulf and the larger of two pools. Located on the 3rd floor of the 1st mid-rise building, our unit offers easy, quick access (via steps or elevator) to the beautiful "sugar sand" beach, both pools, the 4 lighted tennis courts, children's play area, grilling and picnic area, boat dock and ramp at Lake Powell.
The living room, with view of beach and gulf, features plenty of seating with a sofa, loveseat and swivel rocker. An entertainment center in Living Room has new TV with DVD player and stereo with CD player. It also contains a "Murphy" pull-down queen bed (much more comfortable and easier to operate than sleeper sofa). Dining area with seating for 4 is adjacent to living room and the fully equipped and furnished kitchen. The bedroom has queen bed, TV, spacious closets, view of Lake Powell, the smaller of the two pools and tennis courts. There's a full sized, stacked washer/dryer in the unit.
Pinnacle Port is now considered "centrally located" on the west end of Panama City Beach at the intersection of the Front Beach Road and Back Beach Road. Take the Back Beach Road and you're only 10-15 minutes to all the terrific and tasty restaurants, clubs, a winery, shopping and all the attractions of Panama City Beach - or cruise the Front Beach Rd. if you desire. Head west on 30-A (3 miles from entrance) and you are only minutes to Rosemary Beach, WaterColor, Seaside and Grayton Beach. Travel another 10-15 minutes to Destin for more restaurants, Outlet Mall, additional shopping and fun. A Bike Path runs from Rosemary Beach all the way to Destin. We are adjacent to and share the entry gate with Carillion Beach Community featuring fine dining, shopping and entertainment. Publix and Winn-Dixie grocery stores are just across the street.

Great location ... right on the beach! The condo was clean and owners provided the necessities for a home away from home stay. Judy, one of the owners, was pleasant to work with and accommodating to our requests. Hoping for a return visit.

I STAYED HERE FOR TWO MONTHS THIS YEAR AND FOUND THIS PLACE TO BE "A LITTLE PIECE OF PARADISE". THE CONDO IS BEAUTIFUL AND THE VIEW IS UNBELIEVABLE! I LOVED THE LAKE BEHIND THE COMPLEX AND THE POOL IS HUGE AND PERFECT. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS CONDO AS WELL AS THE OWNERS TO ANYONE. JUDY IS WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH.

This unit was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. There was good communication from owner. My family of four had a great time both in the condo and on the beach! We found lots of great shells on the uncrowded beach!

This was a great deal. The price was very fair and the location is perfect. Not too crowded, but close enough to go anywhere around town within a few minutes. Condo has great view of the pool and the Gulf. Very clean, up-to-date, and comfortable. The owners are very nice. Will definitely stay here again.
