There, you will reside in the center of Paris a few meters away from the Seine river, the Orsay museum and only 10 minutes walk from the glass pyramid - entrance of the Louvre museum. Ideal to walk your way around Paris without wasting time in transports ! Furthermore, one can’t talk about Saint-Germain des Prés, a charming village in the heart of Paris without mentioning its cultural and intellectual background such as Jean-Paul Sartre, Simone de Beauvoir, Jean-Luc Godard or even François Truffaut who have contributed in making the area famous along with the well known bars café Les Deux Margots, Café de Flore or la brasserie Lipp (only 500 meters away from the flat).

My wife, three young children and I stayed on the second floor for a week and it was perfect for us ! My wife and I had a nice bed and space to ourselves, our daughters had a perfect sofa bed, and our sun slept on a single bed. We had breakfast in the apartment each morning and found it very easy to get around the city from there. We would certainly stay there again. Thank you Vladimir !

L'appartement est charmant, avec de l'espace, du caractère et de la patine, l'accueil sympathique. La situation est idéale pour visiter Paris. Même pas besoin de prendre le métro, nous avons fait des kilomètres à pied. Séjour sympa et un peu court (deux nuits du 7 au 9 mai 2009). C'est vraiment une formule que je préfère à l'hôtel. Une expérience à renouveler.

I rented for two weeks and shared some of the time with my step-daughter. Great for two or three persons. But, we Americans are use to spreading out. I knew the area, which is busy. Luckily, the double windows blocked out the sound. A very quiet apartment. All one needs is there and the kitchen is ideal for simple cooking. Having a computer and phone was a big plus. I hope to rent this place every time I come to Paris.

We stayed at Residence du Pont des Arts, 2nd floor in March, and had a wonderful time ! Vladimir was awesome - very helpful and easy-going. Our apartment was cute, clean and quiet, and very central !
