The view is spectacular! This cottage is very comfortable. Unforunately the bathroom and refrigerator had not been cleaned before our arrival. We tried to contact the owner when the hot tub was not heating. It took him 2 days to respond back to us. We were able to reset it ourselves and enjoy the view. It took 30 days to receive my deposit. Owner not very responsive- in my opinion.
Owner response:Hmm, this is the 2nd problem I've had with the cleaner and am going to find a new cleaning service. I'm sorry about the hot tub. I was out of the country in Barcelona over the Christmas holiday and unable to respond sooner. I'm usually readily available via cell phone to our guests and have taken direct calls many times when a guest has had a question.
