I came with two teenage girls and two soon to be teenage girls along with my husband. All I can say is the whole experience was just wonderful. The condo is gorgeous and so close to everything. It is big enough that we all could have our own space. The owners could not be nicer to work with. The girls were able to go to the pool or go to the beach. We all are hoping to come back again next year we have had such a wonderful time.

WOW this place is amazing!!!!!!! When we walked in the condo on our arrival, the 4 teens with me couldn't believe how beautfiul and "huge" it was. One of them said it was like being on "THE CRIB" (whatever that means). The condo is decorated beautifully and has everything you could possibly need. It was very quiet and just really relaxing. My teens and their friends enjoyed the space and their privacy. The pictures on the website don't do it justice, it is absolutely stunning. I would definitely recommend this to anyone and am hoping to be back next year. The owners were extremely easy to work with and soooooooooooooooooooo friendly. Thanks for sharing your wonderful place with us. We truly loved our stay!!!! The only bad thing I can say about it, is that we had to leave.

As soon as you walk into the condo, you are met with a great view of the lake and golf course and immediately you are impressed. Then you make the left turn from the living room to the dining room area and see the gulf and you are wowed. The gulf/beach view is outstanding. The bedrooms are perfect. Decor is great. Having a keyless entry is such a great benefit! HDTV and Blu-ray is a great plus (we used both). Beaches were perfect and the area is close to all that you need. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone!

The condo was great! We've been going to Destin for the last 20 years and this is I believe our favorite location. The condo was nicely furnished and decorated. The balconies were the nicest I've seen in Destin. (You can actually see out both sides of the condo from the middle.) The owners were very accommodating and helpful! (Only thing that could have been better was an entrance for a bathroom into the den area, for those who sleep on the sofa bed.) We look forward to returning next year! We loved our home away from home.We have stayed in a lot of condos, but this was by far the nicest. It was a quiet place and very well maintained. The views were excellent as was the location. The bedding was luxurious. We will definetly stay here again!

Without a doubt the finest condo that we have ever occupied in Destin. We have stayed up and down Miramar Beach, including Sandestin, but there has been no comparison to this one in amenities and convenience. The pictures on the site do not do the actual condo justice. From the designer-level decor to the keyless entry (yea!) everything was absolutely perfect. We are planning on returning next fall!

You know you have had a great time when you don't want to leave, and that is just how we felt even though it rained all but two days out of the seven we stayed in Unit 803. The decor was outstanding and with each day, we discovered something different and new about the accommodations. How comfortable we were with all the essentials (coffee maker, ice maker, pots and pans, dishes, utensils) we needed, including washer and dryer. When we entered we were breathless at what we saw inside the condo and the views from both balconies were just like we were looking at a postcard. We had to deal with the "beep=beep" of construction crews rebuilding the beaches at 7 a.m. each morning, but it was interesting watching just what they do to rebuild what Hurricane Dennis tried to destroy. One local said they lost almost 100 yards of beach, but it's hard to tell if you have never been to Destin. Everything we could ask for was within a stone's throw--the beach, nice restaurants, great shopping and we had our own well-equipped kitchen to cook when we wanted to stay in. We made plans to return even before the last day of our stay and discussed going back again next year, if not sooner. The one thing that we both experienced is total relaxation; which reminds me--the beds were the most comfortable we had ever slept in--including our own back home. We could go on and on, but words could not begin to express how much we enjoyed our trip. The only negative thing would be the traffic problems due to road construction, and if you are coming from the west you are supposed to turn right onto S. Holiday--there is no street sign for that turn (and we looked every day we were there for it), so if you get lost just turn right at the Winn-Dixie off of Hwy 98 and you will have about a three-minute drive to the Empress. We are crossing the days off of our calendar until we can return.

This is a great place to spend a week (or whatever). The beachfront view is fabulous and the condominium is well furnished and not at all beachy. We plan to return.

Without a doubt, everything was perfect. Your condominium is absolutely gorgeous. I felt as though I was at a luxury resort. I don't think I could have found a better choice for us. The views were phenomenal and I enjoyed the luxurious linens and all the fine furniture. The location was exceptional for us since we had a young couple who wanted a lot of beach time. The eletronic keypad entry was well appreciated since no one had to keep up with keys. We were very cognizant of all the attention you have given your rental property. I definitely will think of your condo first whenever we plan another trip to Destin.
