This three bedroom, two bathroom single family home is located on a peaceful canal with plenty of wildlife to view! The interior has been recently renovated throughout. Screened-in lanai and large heated pool allow for restful days and evenings! House is located in a quiet neighborhood - and makes a perfect getaway from it all! Fish from your own back yard - poles provided! The heated pool gives you additional swim time on cooler days. All pool amenities (towels, toys, etc.) included!

Local fishing in the area is great! There are many marinas where you can charter a boat to take you out in the Gulf for a variety of local fish!

There are three golf courses in the Rotonda development and several others in the immediate area. Perfect for the avid golfer.

The Rotonda/Englewood area also has many great restaurants for all tastes.

Disney is a few short hours away for a day or overnight trip! Bush Gardens in Tampa is also a few short hours away. Key West is also only a few short hours away by boat on a local charter service. The central west coast location gives you a great location to venture out from to a multitude of Florida amusement parks and other attractions.

With easy access to Sarasota and Fort Myers Airports, just an hour away, this location is the perfect getaway home.
