Pinnacle Port sits on a peninsula with the Gulf to the front and an 800 acre Lake to the rear. Beautifully furnished, this ninth floor unit is located in gated Pinnacle Port behind Carillon off Highway 98 and Front Beach Road. The living room looks out at Lake Powell, the Gazebo and marina, and over the tennis courts and the Lake Powell to Ocean cut. The master bedroom looks out over the ocean for miles and along the coastline toward Carillon.
Bring your boat and tie up at pier, fish on Lake Powell from Pier or your boat. Wave Runners are great on Lake Powell as well. There is a natural cut from Lake Powell into the Ocean; when the cut is open you can take watercraft through the cut out to the ocean. Free lauch and tie up while staying at Pinnacle Port. There is a $10 charge to park your boat trailer for the week.
Just 10 minutes from Frank Brown Park and Pier Park. Pier Park has all the newest restaurants and shopping, while Frank Brown Park has major activities including festivals, softball tournaments, and more.
Two pools (one indoor-outdoor), sunning decks, full beach rentals, children's play area, exercise facility and sauna room on site, game rooms, plus four lighted tennis courts, lake side gazebo, and boat launch and slips. Next to Lake Helen nature preserve and convenient to Carillon shops, restaurants, supermarkets, golfing,and shopping. Bring your boat or wave runner with on-site boat launching. Or, walk down the private beaches that connect Pinnacle Port with Lake Helen nature preserve, Inlet Beach, Rosemary Beach and Seaside, or Carillon and Panama City Beach in the other direction.
Condo is fresh and clean. Master bedroom has queen size bed; 2nd bedroom has twin beds and availability of additional rollaway bed; living room has queen size sofa sleeper.

One time cleaning fee upon checkout $65.
Rates subject to 7% state, 5% local tax.
