Awesome Luxury Home in the heart of Austin!! This 3 bdrm, 2 1/2 bth, 4 level home has views of the State Capital and the UT Tower. There is a Grand Spiral Staircase or an interior elevator to take you to each level. The home also has a 5-car garage and a very long driveway. The house is fully furnished. The ground level has a media room with theater couches and a granite bar, complete with mini refrigerator and ice maker. The guest bdrms. are on this level and share a bath.
The 2nd floor is the main living area with floor to ceiling windows that show the Downtown Austin skyline. The kitchen is a gourmet stlye kitchen. There is a large deck with a grill for outside entertaining while enjoying the beautiful sunsets.
The Master Suite is on the next level and is very private. This bedroom boasts a 60" widescreen TV, mirrored granite bar, oversized slate shower, jacuzzi bath tub. The deck opens to a 6-man jacuzzi and a breathtaking view of the Capital and skyline.
