  This was the best vacation rental ever! We had the three bedroom condo which was right on the beach on the ground floor with walkout porch right onto the sand. There is a hammock on the porch and another between the palm trees on the beach. It has its own private peer right in front. The drive from the condo to downtown San Pedro by golf cart is about 20 minutes. There are several great restaurants within 15 minutes’ drive. There is a little market and also a restaurant right behind the house so no driving is required in a pinch. We were there for a diving vacation and it worked out perfectly with the dive center picking us up every morning at our own dock and returning us at the end of the day. And of course the diving was world class! The house is clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated for the beach experience. It is completely equipped with everything you would want. The beds were very comfortable and although there were only four of us, there is plenty of space for more. The pool was a perfect touch for after diving wind down. We drove all over the island and after seeing everything, we think this was the best location and most perfect accommodation for our vacation. There is a caretaker on site, Chapin and a hostess, Dee, who met us upon arrival and gave us a nice orientation of the house and town and answered all our questions. The golf cart was already at the house waiting for us upon our arrival. There was nothing we would have wanted differently at this condo. It was the perfect vacation for us.

  As a fellow VRBO owner(#188252), we appreciated the accomodations and setting. Our two story condo with balconies overlooking the Caribbean can not be beat. The home was clean, well-equipped and well-maintained. The friendliness of the residents and the manager, Chapin, added to our positive experience. From the moment we walked to the Tropic Air counter in Belize City until we left, the warmth of the island was apparent. Great snorkeling along the reef, great Mayan and Creole cuisine, Just great! (Be sure to rent a golf cart!)

  Recommended for: Age 55+, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

  Many thanks to Deb for providing us a fabulous stay. We are so glad you told us that San Pedro is not raining all the time, as the weather channels indicate. Our room were right on the beach, so listening to the waves put us in paradise mode,. Thank you for providing us with some fabulous tips on what to see and where to eat. They proved to be right on. The chili chocolate with Chris at Belize Chocolate was as wonderful as you promised. We will be back to stay again.

  We had an amazing time here! Town is close yet it is quiet, well cared for, great internet access and everything you need! Caretaker Chapin is very helpful! Clean home, nice pool on the beach, store, Mr. Joe's and Suya Tours within walking distance! Would highly recommend!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing, pet owners, girls getaway, romantic getaway.
