Tranquil Marina Residence Condo in a peaceful lush tropical setting. There are a whole host of recreational activities located nearby including golf, tennis, a full service marina, dining and shopping.
This is a beautiful two bedroom, two full bathroom fourth floor Condo. A full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker for your convenience. There is an in-suite washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. Dine in, or out on the beautiful covered balcony. The kitchen has a large dining area and there is a full living area. There are two cable TVs, one in the master suite and one in the living area. The TV in the living room has a VCR and DVD player. There is also a CD player. Wireless cable internet is available for your laptop.
The master suite features a king sized bed. There is a full size a jacuzzi tub in the ensuite. The second bedroom has two oversized single beds. There is a pull out sofa in the living area allowing for a maximum of six guests. There is air conditioning with ceiling fans in the living room and each bedroom. Full maid service in available.
Shopping is right next door at Paradise Plaza, offering a large grocery store, deli, ice cream and coffee shops, several restaurants, two internet cafes, bank with ATM, and several other retail shops and services. Relax at the condo in its' pool and hot tub with poolside clubhouse with BBQ, putting green and bocce court. Many off site adventure tours can be booked from the shopping mall next door. The Condo is very close to both taxi water taxi or bus.
Nuevo Vallarta offers 5Kms of white sand beach with peaceful seas. It is one of the nicest beaches on the Bay of Banderas and largest in Mexico.
*PLEASE NOTE* Rental guests staying at the Marina Residences do not have access to Paradise Village Resort Hotel pools and activities. The Marina Residences are independent of the Paradise Village Group but are top quality construction having been built by the Paradise Village Group. We enjoyed our stay, the unit was clean, well appointed and well maintained. The location was a little bit busy with traffic for the Yacht Club nearby but quiet in the evening. The location was great for shopping, resturants and various activities were always available. One of our guests did find it difficult in using the Shower in the Master Bedroom as it required stepping into the jacquizzi.
Owner response:Thank you for all of the comments about my place in paradise. Having the Yacht club as a neighbor makes for some interesting people watching from the balcony in the mornings and then quiet the rest of the day and evening. I love watching the activity with my morning coffee!

We have just returned from a three week stay at the Marina Residence. This is a great complex, ideal location, pool, views from the patio, staff and people we have met and chatted with. The grounds are well kept and continually being cleaned. The condo is spacious with everything you needed. We enjoyed all meals on the sundeck as we liked being outside and taking in the action and beautiful surroundings. Getting to the beach is a bit of a hassel. We did walk through Paradise Hotel grounds several times to walk the beach and see the sunset. After venturing out, it did feel like Paradise to return to this area. It is clean and a safe feeling. We had a great time at your condo. It was very convenient being walking distance to the shopping mall. You don't need a car, everything is so close. Thanks to our host, the condo had everything you can think of. We will definitely be back.
