Nestled in the hills overlooking the panorama of Downtown Prescott, the charming Coyote Moon Cottages await your pleasure. Fully-equipped for weekend or longer stays, the cottages provide relaxed downtime to busy couples and small families.

"Coyote" has queen and single bedrooms along with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, fireplace, living room including TV, DVD, cable connection, CD player, and magnificent views.

"Moon" is a large studio featuring a cozy fireplace, charming and spacious sitting area, queen bed, light cooking and eating facilities, washer, dryer, and a deck which includes a large soothing hot tub. This cottage provides a comfortable setting for a couple.

Situated between the two cottages, and shared by them is a large cobblestone patio garden area shaded by a massive juniper tree, where you can relax with your pina colada, and take in the views! Best scenario: You and your love grab your two or three dearest friends, and enjoy ALL the features we offer.

Located just minutes from downtown, the Coyote Moon Cottages are just a few miles from Goldwater Lake. Your hosts, Ronnie and Wendy, close friends and residents of Prescott, hope your stay in Prescott is memorable!

Add Moon Cottage:         $ 50/night (add'l 2 people, l Queen), $20 cleaning fee.
Moon Cottage Alone:       $115/night*

Weekly Rate: From $1050.00/week.Monthly rate $2,500.00
Deposit of 1/2 Amount Due Upon Reservation; Remainder Due Two Weeks Prior.
Cancellation Policy: Full Refund up to One Month Before Arrival.
