From this luxurious Condominium, located on the Coconut Coast, you can watch whales, sunrises, windsurfers, and the moon, as it rises over the Pacific Ocean from the privacy of your own Lanai. It is situated on the third floor of the condominium complex. A few steps across the lawn takes you to the ocean with shallow tide pools; great fun searching for seashells and walks at low tide on the reef.
This Condo is totally OCEANFRONT. It is a short walk to the new beachfront path for walking, biking or jogging along the unmatched ocean views of Kauai. A convenient location between the spectacular Na Pali coast and the Poipu beaches to the south.
The appliances and furniture are all new. There is High-speed Internet access. In the upstairs loft, the Master bedroom has a king-size bed and a private full bathroom as well as a large dressing area, a T.V. and is fully carpeted. The Living room, Kitchen, and outside Lanai as well as the second bedroom and second full bathroom are all on the main level.

Across, the street, in short walking distance, you have lots of great shopping and fine dining. You also have an excellent golf course available at the world-class Wailua public course; it has been rated one of the best municipal golf courses in America, according to the Hawaii Golf Guide.
One of the newest water-sports to try here is Kite-surfing. Snorkeling, kayaking, body-surfing, shelling, and many other water-sports are available for you at the nearby Wailua Beach and you can also take the famous river boat ride up to the majestic Fern Grotto.
