Located one block away from the 1st green of Coyote Lakes Golf Club with a large grass backyard. Nestled in a quiet community, our three bedroom, two bath home will invite you to return year after year to rest, relax, and soak up the sun! Our 1400 square foot home is tastefully designed to offer opportunities for both gracious entertaining and quiet privacy.
Our large master bedroom area offers a king-size bed with large walk-in closet, an extended two sink vanity in master bathroom and a soaker tub/shower. The second bedroom with queen-bed, separated from the master, also has a full bath and closet. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed as well.
The Great Room has a new sofa, loveseat, chair, and ottoman with a TV with DVD and VCR. Separate dining area that seats up to six people. Our fully-equipped large kitchen with provides a perfect place when cooking and entertaining. The laundry room has a full size washer/dryer.
Start your day off on the sunny patio while enjoying your morning coffee and paper. Of course, it is more fun to challenge your own golf skills on Coyote Lakes Golf Course, which Golf Digest recently recognized as an excellent place to play. When you are ready venture out to other golf courses you will find many to choose from within easy driving distance.
If Spring Training Baseball interests you, the Surprise Stadium is near by (Rangers and Royals), as is the Peoria Sports Complex (Mariners and Padres). If you are interested in NASCAR racing (April and November), we are located 30 minutes from the Phoenix International Raceway. Dear Beth and Tom, We have had a very nice relaxing month in Arizona. The house worked out great, especially when our family visited from Chicago. Little Jack loved his his little bedroom away from home. I love flowers and I really enjoyed your beautiful roses the whole month inside and out of the house.
