WaterColors is the ULTIMATE beach house - a beautiful 3300 square foot home directly on the ocean! It is built on two levels, with the main living area upstairs. Here you will find a huge living room, dining room, eat-in kitchen, and two master suites, both with king beds, ocean views and access to the deck. Walls of glass provide fantastic ocean views, and the wrap-around deck offers outdoor seating and eating spaces, both covered and uncovered.
The kitchen has just been remodeled and is now completely open to the living area. It has a breakfast area, fantastic ocean views through a large picture window and two walls of glass. Outfitted with lots of storage, granite counters and a huge granite island, side-by-side refrigerator with water and ice on the door, gas cook top, microwave, TV, and access to the deck just outside, the kitchen is sure to please the most discriminating cook.
The upper level is decorated in a sophisticated, serene, and relaxed mode, in shades of blue, taupe, and white, with splashes of stem green. Dark teak and seagrass furnishings insure that the ocean tones pop! A wet bar, tall bar/game table, and a wonderful ultra-suede sectional sofa guarantee that our guests will be ultra-comfortable!
The master suite is a destination in itself. Located just off the main living area, the bedroom features a beautiful king sized poster bed, entertainment armoire, comfy reading chair, access to a covered portion of the deck and great ocean views, and last, but not least, a complete computer center with Dell computer, 19" flat screen monitor, fast DSL Internet connection, and a Fax,Printer,Scanner. The master bath features a large jacuzzi type tub, separate shower with ocean views, large vanity with double sinks, and tons of storage!
On the other side of the main level is the "junior master". This lovely and serene room features a king size silver toned metal bed, large entertainment armoire, charming window seat, sliding door access to the deck and ocean beyond, and ample storage. An adjacent bath serves this bedroom, as well as doing duty as a powder room and, thanks to a door opening to the deck, acting as a "beach bath".
The main level ocean side deck is huge! It runs the length of the house and around both sides, offering deck access to both master suites. A portion of the deck has just been expanded to 30 feet by 16 feet, making it perfect for entertaining. We have lounge chairs, dining table for 8 (with umbrella), bar table for 4 and several comfortable patio chairs.... perfect!
Downstairs, the house is outfitted for fun and games. Three bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa insure that adults and kids alike will have ample sleeping space. One bedroom has a queen bed, one has two twins, the bunk room has three bunks, and the game room contains a queen sleeper.
The game room with pool table and other games offers hours of rainy day and night time activities for everyone. The Play Station II in the bunkroom will insure that the smallest ones are kept entertained as well! Just off the game room is a covered porch, which provides additional shaded seating and easy access to the deck and dune walkover above. A full bath, large laundry area, and garage round out this level. The entire downstairs is decorated in happy and lighthearted shades of blue, aqua, lime, and white.
A two person elevator is available for guests needing assistance or for the convenience of taking groceries and suitcases to the upper level. Televisions are provided for all bedrooms plus the living room, game room, and kitchen. Several VCRs and DVD players insure that you can watch the latest movie. Bring your favorite CDs: we have stereos in the living room and the game room. We also have a very nice book and movie library, including children's favorite videos.
You only need to bring your bathing suit to be ready for the beach! We supply beach chairs, loungers, beach umbrellas, a cooler, beach toys, beach towels, fishing rods and reels for the surf fishermen in the group, and even a guest beach bag filled with sun lotions! On the deck you will find an outdoor shower to help keep the salt and sand outside! On the dune walkover are two cozy built in seats, perfect for early morning coffee or late night moon watching.

3 night minimum.
March 13 - June 4, 2010: $3600 weekly up to 13 guests; Sat-Sat only.
June 5 - August 13, 2010: $5000 weekly up to 13 guests; Sat-Sat only.
$500 damage deposit required to reserve house; rent and taxes due 8 weeks ahead.
$500 upcharge for Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Xmas, New Years.
